I love how the hotel greeted us the moment we arrived in our car. Even the guards greeted us with the Mabuhay gesture -- a testament to how they treat their guests with utmost passion and respect. We had dinner after we checked in and the Mongolian dish and the Bulalo are to die for. We checked on the amenities and was impressed so much. The pool was heated and perfect to dip in a foggy night. Being a health buff, gym is of paramount importance to me and the hotel just had what I need for it. The gym is hygienic and complete for my routines. The room is superb. The veranda overlooking a vineyard feels like you are transported to a different place in Europe. Very Mediterranean feels. The staff are very accommodating and they go out of their way to assist you. Overall, this place is fantastic and this is my 4th visit here and it always feels like the first time.

We enjoyed our stay, rooms were spacious as well as the cr. We loved the heated pool and the fact that they have other amenities such as Game room and play room for kids, this makes them an excellent choice for family stays like us. Staff were up to standards with greeting the guests, and proactive in our needs. They provided a complimentary whole cake bec I mentioned we were there to celebrate our anniversary so this is a plus. Overall, we had a great stay and looking fwd to staying there again, longer the next time to enjoy and maximize the amenities.

The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. The overall experience from the staff, ambiance, rooms, banquet, and heated pool was top-notch. Though because it was stormy outside during our stay, we noticed that some areas of the hotel have water leaks but they were able to manage it without getting messy.

When one books on a Big hotel like Twin Lakes, one would expect that the service and the food would be Great. Our food was not great, the chicken was hardened, the Tuyo was hard to bite and not properly cooked. As this was in Laurel, Bat. I was expecting Tawilis, but they served Hard Tuyo. The drinks are very few , only two selections to choose from (Pink and Yellow). The eggs were not cooked well. The pastries were prepared badly. The bed is scratchy. The amenities are not complete. There was no flat or steam iron nor hair dryer. They do not even have welcome drinks at the lobby. It took us an hour and a half before we could check in immediately , since the three (3) rooms we booked, were not available. Next time, my family and friends and I will book a smaller hotel in Tagaytay where service is Good, the Food properly cooked and the Amenities complete.

Absolutely fantastic! We held our wedding reception and spent the weekend here with loved ones and everyone enjoyed the place. I couldn’t recommend the venue enough for the scenery, beautiful and spacious interiors, and most of all the staff. I highly commend and thank Princess and Diane for their efforts, patience, and suggestions for our event! We availed of the package they offered which really took a huge chunk of the stress out of the wedding planning. I felt very well looked after and delighted to have trusted them, there were no questions unanswered, both via calls and texts even the day before the wedding. They listened well and really worked with us closely to make our event fun, special, and truly ours without breaking the bank. The rooms included in the package were beautiful, particularly the presidential suite. Our guests enjoyed the pool and game area, and the outdoor dining areas were a treat especially on a bright morning. Food was great. The ballroom and lounge areas were classy and generally didn’t need a lot of work to be styled. Really loved our experience here and made great memories, we’d love to come back again!

The experience was great! Room was clean and the view was breathtaking eventhough we only took the mountainview room. Pool guy Jamuel and front desk katrisse was very helpful. All in all it was a great staycation for us.

Length of stay: 3 nights, 2 days (Wedding reception and preps venue) 1. Wedding Package Out of many hotels in Tagaytay that we scouted, Twin Lakes Hotel Tagaytay proved itself to be one of the BEST hotels in the area. We availed their Wedding Package last June 2023 and all our transactions were nothing short of excellence, high quality and hands-on services. Special Mention to Ms. Princess Enriquez for assisting us from day 1 of our wedding preps until the last day of our stay at Twin Lakes. She is very efficient in her job and ensured smooth sailing process of all our transactions. She even gave us a wedding token from Twin Lakes Hotel. She also facilitated our post wedding massage at Vineyard Spa. Her services were 10/10 rating for us. Keep it up! 💯 2. Front desk services The front desk duties were very efficient in their roles and have provided us with hands on assistance all the time. Special mention to Kian, Catriss and Alexa for giving us a quality service 10/10 rating. 3. Food We stayed at Twin Lakes for our wedding reception last June 2023, the food tasting was remarkably delicious and so pleasing to the palate. The actual wedding reception was also superb 👌 partnered with bottomless cucumber lemonade and free flowing coffee. 2 thumbs up! 4. Housekeeping Staff were very courteous and promptly attends all our in-room calls. We even forgot my husband's charger but they were quick to return it to us. They were very organized. 5. OVERALL Our wedding was made more memorable because of the excellent services of Twin Lakes Hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for your special occasions or vacations with loved ones. Again, 10/10 rating for Twin Lakes. Kudos! 👍 👌 🥂

We were able to avail their celebration package since it is our wedding anniversary. I must say so worth it. We had a nice stay in this hotel. Disclaimer, this is base on our perspective and we might have different considerations. Detailed honest review as below: Location is commuters friendly, we didn’t had a problem to locate the hotel. Buses are available going to the hotel, we didn’t need to wait too long. Shuttle from twin lakes center along the main road going to twin lakes hotel: going to hotel, they took too long we waited for an hour but they did not arrived and end up walking down the hotel. But on our check out, there are several vans going up to the center. Staffs: staffs during our check in and out were friendly, we didn’t encounter rude staff. From the staff who answer our calls for whatever we need to the housekeeping and maintenance staff, they were all friendly. Promo package: comes with freebies. When we arrived at our room, banner and balloons were there, with wine and cake and bear as well. The wine is good. 🥰 Room: is spacious enough for us 2 adults and 2 kids, we had the deluxe 2 twin beds. Cabinets and safety box are spacious, it has bathrobes. Toilet and bath are clean, fittings are in good conditions, it has bath tub, with toiletries, it it smells nice. Airconditioning is pretty cold, that we turn it off during night. It has coffee and tea, but good for a night stay only and we did not try to ask for more. The cafe resto: we were there dinner and breakfast, the staffs were so friendly and attentive to needs. We were served an appetizer while waiting for the food during our dinner. 2 staffs came to me to ask what i need and he even helped me with my coffees and bring it to our table. The food were good took 20mins for our dinner to be served which is ok to us. Breakfast buffet for us is nice compare to other hotel we’ve been to. Though mostly pinoy food. Swimming pool: as advertised, not cold. We really enjoyed it here. We need to book a schedule to swim, so the pool will not be crowded. But this is not a problem during our stay since they are not strict. I booked for 2hours, buy not a problem when you extend. Overall minus the shuttle, we had a well spent night in this hotel.

Great experience! I got the celebration package to kick off my 2023 birthday celebration. I enjoyed my stay here. I love the ambience, the room, amenities and lastly, very accommodating and friendly staff. Minor feedback: 1. Hair dryer isnt working 2. Improve the salad section of the breakfast buffet. Will surely be back!
