We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The place is attracting and we love the food on buffet for breakfast. The employees are accomodating especially the ones in the front desk, I believe one of them is named Camae while the other one is Angelica. And yes, I also remember a guy who also helped us a lot I believe his name is Kian. They all make sure we are all equipped before we enter in to our room and assisted us on our needs when we are already in the room. Great job indeed.

Me and my husband have a wonderful stay at Twin Lakes Hotel. Staff are very nice. We would like to commend the staff for their exceptional service, especially Mr. Kian of frontdesk, who assisted us from our reservation, arrival and until our check out, your service is well appreciated. Very approachable, reliable and prompt. Thumbs up! We also commend Mr. Echo and Ms. Princess of FandB, they are very accommodating. Thank you so much Twin Lakes Hotel and Staff ❤️❤️❤️❤️ we'd love to have another stay at your hotel.

Superb vacation experience! The building looks old but it’s clean Front desk - Quick check in! Very accommodating and helpful. We initially booked for 2 double bed but it’s not available they book us to a room with queen bed and gave us 2 complimentary single beds. Other staff - very friendly and engaging to guests. Room - Huge rooms and with bath tub. We got the superior room. Spacious, clean and with breathtaking view. Their pillow are not that comfy. Food and drinks- breakfast buffet is ok. Drinks are a bit expensive and mix are just ok. But there’s a lot of restaurants in the area where you can eat. They have rules in bringing in food and beverage but not that strict so light take out snacks are ok. Pool - warm even in a cold weather. Overall we love the place! We will definitely come back!

We got married last year (July 24, 2021) and Twin Lakes Hotel was our first choice for our reception and preparation venue. Honestly, I was really stressed the early hours of our wedding as a lot had happened during that day - heavy winds/rain that whole week as well as the earthquake in the early hours but staying at Twin Lakes Hotel and seeing how their staffs handled the situation made me calm (as a bride this is really important). We made a great choice choosing Twin Lakes Hotel and i’m very impressed on how Maam Viado patiently coordinated with us (i’ve been contacting her almost every day for questions and prepations) and how she went above and beyond her role. Thank you so much Maam Viado for taking care of us and our relatives. Also, I love their breakfast buffet. When we stayed for 3 days, the choices of food are changing everyday. :) The hotel rooms are clean and the hotel staffs are kind and very approachable.

It was my post-birthday getaway. It was also an impromptu staycation granting that we came from Kawayan Cove and our side trip was in Tagaytay with his colleagues. Being stuck in the city even in the place of work locked in over a year, I really need a place that will be mu diversion away from work. The view from the room captivated us. Nothing so fancy in the room but the peace and serenity was the one that catches us. The restaurant has a great view as well of the vineyard. The morning after, we had a chance to go and see the whole property and even tour around the vineyard. Ate at our favorite Bag of Beans which is also situated in the vicinity. The room was a bit pricey though.

The staffs are very accommodating, especially Ms.Owen. Our team had a great experience during our 4-day stay in the hotel. You'll get to enjoy its amenities and the food! A perfect venue for a big gathering, a nice, relaxing, and comfortable one. For the accommodation, you'll enjoy the rooms, beds are spacious and tubs are available in every room plus you'll have a nice balcony view of Taal Lake and the mountains. It is a very good venue for holding an event, they offer different function rooms depending on the number of participants. We are looking forward in holding our succeeding events at Twin Lakes soon. Maraming Salamat!

it was our second time to stay at Twin lakes, the first was with my whole family last year during my bday, ( so they made birthday vibe room with shiny letterings, balloons, free cake and fruits), and recently our anniversary staycation. Thanks to their manager Aiko, we were well able to have the best room location. Manager Aiko and staff were also very welcoming. One also great thing about twin lakes, is the tub..haha...not all hotels do. so they are the few good ones. We are looking forward to going back with the fully grown vineyard. Thanks again twin lakes!
