It is a good modern very affordable, hotel in the outskirts of Rome. The Hotel lobby, rooms, and other areas are clean and tidy. They also have a vending machine in the premises from where you can buy water bottles, juices, beer, etc. The rooms are spacious with good WiFi connection

Well, when we finally got in off the A1 Milano-Napoli at Frascati, we were pleased with this accommodation. Good shower and comfortable. Just 45 mins from Rome central, we chose this to get an early start to catch the train to Florence. Do not listen to the GPS. Search your maps, and look for the entrance BEFORE you embark on it!! There was no restaurant, however, we ate at the large Chef Express which straddles the A1 very close to the Roma Sud. Trick was finding we had to travel a long, circuitous route to get back!!

Very nice hotel with new windows, so you don't hear the traffic from nearby highway. Rather big room with big bathroom. Delitious breakfest in nice dining room. Beds were very comfortable. Individual aircondition in the room.

My wife and I spent two nights in Roma Sud and have nothing but good reviews for everything from the management to the staff to the very comfortable and clean rooms. We were able to take the train at the nearby station for a very short ride to the main station in Rome. We were very impressed and appreciative of the way the owner and management treated us after we were turned away from a nearby restaurant that they had recommended to us, I Maroncio. I am a white American and my wife is a black American. When we arrived at the restaurant for dinner we were turned away by the owner or manger who blocked our entrance saying the restaurant was "full"! This was obviously a lie as the restaurant which can seat 200 only had about a dozen patrons. Clearly this was bald faced racial discrimination. My wife was in tears as we had never experience anything like this in our many travels around Europe and the United States. Again, I must praise the folks at Hotel Sud for the empathetic way they treated us after this incident and I would highly recommend this location.
