We 2 families of 7 people visited Vagamon from 20th to 23rd Dec 19 with a stay at Chillax Resort . The property is well Located near to the village and with all good amenities supported with a good restaurant and roof top Swimming Pool . We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with well furnished bedrooms , dining & Hall with good furnitures and latest LED TV .with complimentary breakfast support .
Chillax is owned a private owner and with very good team of support staff. Mr Libin & his team gave us very good support with very good food of our choice and served on time to the aparment premises , They also gave very good guidance to the site seeing plan and organised Jeep for site seeing inside the forest with a reasonble rate ( the visit to Forest , having bath in the falls and breif walk inside the tuneel are memorable for the life time ) One Mr Saravnan one of the support staff took us to the forest and supported us very well for the visit to forest and making the swimming pool ready for this seaon on time
We also had opportunity to meet the property owner family during our stay , the Property owner is very good and clear vision of brining up the property with a very good intention to serve the vising customers with a very good value addtion
Over all it was an excellent experience for us to have a stay at chillax with a resonable tariff with a good serving support staff and with clear vision property owner Thanks for the entire team of Chillax - Naraynan & Gandhi Family Chennai

The hotel was simple, but we had a fantastic time staying in Chillax and exploring around Vagamon The highlights were - a beautiful pool, a game room and a convenient location to explore Vagamon. The pool was really nice with views of mountain and tree tops. The game room has a football table, table tennis and a large tv with playstation games. We stayed in an apartment to accomodate our family, and it was good. We enjoyed the private balcony and living room with tv and dining facitlities. The menu was somewhat limited, but breakfast was included, and the food served was nice.

Great , friendly place to be in. We spend our new year eve at Chillax. We were promptly guided to our room by the staff. The room was perfect fit for a family of 4 with a master bed and a queen size bed.Had an early check in.. then straight into the off-road ride..
Kids were so excited with the gaming room fitted with Play Station , Football and Table Tennis. While the kids were busy with Play Station, we tried our TT skills.
The most amazing part was chilling in the infinity pool. Very clean and well maintained. We were very happy to see that the management is particular about the swimming attire and there is the provision to buy one - just in case if you didn’t pack yours.
Breakfast was included in the package .. The food was delicious..
There was a camp fire , music and fire works arranged for the the new year eve.. We stayed up until midnight with a perfect welcome to 2020.

Chillax really lives up to its name you have for the perfect blend of luxury, economy,relaxation,nice food.
The location is very good and close to vagamon.just 2 kms
It has got a small shop which sells basic souvenirs.
The service of the staff and owners is best in class . We would at anytime come back to Chillax

We booked chillax for one night. This is a road side property which is easily accessible from town. We reached the hotel earlier and they allowed us for early check in. They did the temperature check also. The restaurant was closed due to current situation so we had to buy food from outside. The climate was really chilling even during daytime and at night it was really cold. There is a swimming pool also in the top with a good view. Overall everything was good.

Chillax vagamon is located right after Vagamon Junction. Nice hotel with easy road access. Chillax is one of the few hotels having a Swimming Pool Facility in the whole of Vagamon. Normal rooms and friendly staff.

This New year 2020 .. we had a cool and a wonderful start @ Chillax Vagamon-am amazing place to chill and relax.Our New year eve has turned out to be a best start for me and my family @ chillax. Food was homely and tasty.The management and staff are friendly and have an assisting attitude.The infinity pool was superb.. Chillax also provide us with facilities for indoor games like table tennis, football and play station .We enjoyed all the facilities they offered. They also did provide us with an off road Jeep safari. It’s an amazing place with exciting views. Would highly recommend chillax for your stay in Vagamon. :)

it was really a great experience to me to spend some time at "chillax", a cozy accommodation at one of the beautiful place in Kerala.....its spectacular location is quite amazing.... Got a chance to enjoy the foggy atmosphere, the hills and hillocks and the nearby pine forest by stayingh over there..... the hospitlity over there was also superb....every moment over there was wonderful.... it still give me a nostalgic feeling..... its reallly good to stay over there as it offer a very clean atmosphere, tasty food and mind-blowing experience.....so, no doubt, "CHILLAX" will definitely be a good place for when u go to Vagamon...... Have a great time...

Thank you very much for your query and we are glad that you are considering Chillax Vagamon for you trip to Vagamon. Please find the answers to your questions below.
1. Temperature ranges from 20 to 28 degrees in January with nights being a bit chilly and days getting warm.
2. It will be approximately 2500Rs for pick up from Thekkady to Vagamon
3. It will be approximately 3500Rs for drop off to Alleppey
4. We recommend Jeep Safari for day sight seing in Vagamon and it costs 2000Rs
5. We can supply electric kettle in the room, and do supply tea or coffee from our restaurant with free room service any time.
6. We have either Premium rooms with Air Conditioning or non-A/C Standard rooms to choose from.
7. You are welcome to increase the stay or cut down the stay according to your change in plans as long as your stay is more than 2 days.

The property, I stayed in , i.e Chillax Vagamon didnt have the Self cooking option, and we were not looking for the same as we were a small family of four.
Fifty numbers would be too big for I didnt see properties big enough to accommodate all.
Greetings from Chillax Vagamon. Our standard check in time is 2pm and checkout before 11am. But we try our best to accommodate early check in or late check out requests.
There are more places to choose from in the Vagamon area.
