Our 9 day stay was outstanding from start to finish, top to bottom! The property is almost brand new, and clearly very well managed - from a ‘pre check in’ contact through to departure…flawless, truly flawless. The hotel and facilities are modern and beautiful (more on that in a minute), but it’s the team that made our visit exemplary. From the warmest welcome from Ben at the front desk, to all the staff we encountered-breakfast, lounge, cleaners, even at the gym - everyone was so cheerful and eager to assist. It’s so rare to find such consistently excellent service, and we were wowed. Hyatt Globalist recognition and benefits were superb. The property is just lovely; there was obviously considerable thought and care put into the decoration and furnishings…honestly not something I typically even notice much! But there’s so much here that ‘fits’ for Malta, it is unique and eye-catching throughout. The rooms are quiet (surprisingly so for such a busy area), comfortable, well designed and spacious; great well lit bathroom, water pressure and super comfy bed! The lounge - unusual for a Centric I believe- was just a treat…great quality and selection of food, beverages. Similarly for breakfast in the restaurant. The fitness centre is huge for a hotel, especially in Europe, and remarkably equipped. We didn’t use the pool as we were too busy out exploring, but both the outdoor rooftop and indoor downstairs looked great. Speaking of exploring, it’s a great base location also, to get anywhere on the island, nicely central. Highly recommend, and wish everywhere was this great!

We stayed 5 nights in 2 suites, and we are so glad we did, it was a fabulous experience. What an excellent Hotel, we will definitely be back. The staff were so pleasant, from the receptionist who booked us in (Supriya) and continued to help us out throughout our stay. Congratulations to the Head Chef (Mitchell), who was so attentive to all his staff and made sure everything was ok from Breakfast to dinner for all the guests, he was definitely an excellent head chef. We stayed in this hotel for Christmas and all the staff made our stay, something we will remember. The food was excellent and the best selection I have ever experienced in any hotel we have ever stayed. Thank you to all the waiters who worked hard to make sure everyone was very well looked after and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel bedroom staff and the attentiveness of the lobby staff were excellent. They were always there to greet you coming in and out, nothing was ever a problem. The leisure and gym facilities again were excellent and sufficient for our needs, and the cleaning and maintenance staff at the pool always could be seen, plenty of towels provided. Well done, what a superb hotel!

I stayed at Hyatt Centric Malta for 1 night with my wife and two grand daughters. What an amazing hotel. I was greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout my stay. I booked the terrace suite and it was so comfortable for the four of us. The luxurious room designed with both style and comfort was fantastic equipped with 1 king bed and a double sofa bed. Clean, modern, beautiful state of art TV (my grandchildren could also use Netflix)
The personal attention we received from the staff made us feel super luxurious and really was an unforgettable experience.
The front desk service was great, the staff in the restaurant were on top of things and housekeeping was perfect. We can’t wait to go back.
The 24hr indoor pool and hot tub are truly amazing. What a great way to relax and rejuvenate.

The hotel impressed us from the very beginning. The service, amenities, and atmosphere were all top-notch, but special recognition goes to the receptionist Kostiantyn.
Kostiantyn is a true professional with an exceptional approach to guests. From the moment we checked in, he welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel at home. He regularly checked in with us, asking if we were enjoying our stay and if everything was okay. He went above and beyond to assist with any requests we had, always responding quickly and with genuine care. His dedication and enthusiasm are the perfect example of outstanding hospitality.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The views from the windows were stunning, and having access to the pool and sauna made our stay even more relaxing. Everything in the hotel was designed to perfection.

We had an excellent weekend stay at the new Hyatt Centric in Malta! The hotel is top notch, the staff are extremely friendly and practice true hospitality. The rooms are beautiful with a lot of local Maltese touches including the traditional Maltese door knobs that make its charm unique. In addition, the spa is a beautiful oasis of calmness and boutique personal care. The hotel is bang in the middle of the island's entertainment spots and the superbowl and cinema are a couple of minutes away, making it ideal for families with young children.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for three nights. It was a delight to say the least. The hotel, the cleanliness, the staffs - everything was just superb. ALL the staffs were so welcoming, polite and were more than ready to help at every little opportunity. We also enjoyed the Club Lounge and a huge range of breakfast items served in the Restaurant. We only stayed 2 nights but would love a longer stay in this incredible hotel! The whole design is very unusual and unique, we really loved how much detail was put in each spot - the reception, rooms, corridors… Our room was incredible, spacious, with amazing shower. I especially enjoyed the cosmetics provided by the hotel. Breakfast - great selection of tasty meals, everyone will find something for sure! The Club Lounge was also amazing experience, especially for pre-dinner snacks. It looked like the chef put a lot of thought in preparing different experience each evening. But our favourite part was the dinner in their Jumu restaurant. While some staff was new and still had a lot to learn, we enjoyed the care of Ganesh and his profesional approach, yet keeping it so very friendly. Not to mention how incredibly delicious everything we tried was! The only downside is that there’s a bunch of buildings and resorts close to each other, but after all that seems to be a standard in the popular areas of Malta nowadays.
