Nice helpful staff they look after you especially Charlot the tall gentleman and young lady I believe Mia.
Clean room and nice service staff give advice on sightseeing as well as accommodating our needs. Would definitely recommend as well as the sister hotel The District Charlot was helpful in assisting us to go to our next accommodation wonderful stay.
Good English speaking as well as GARY from Wales was informative.
Would go again good location , nice breakfast.
Fabulous stay !! Friendly
Would recommend good value for money only issue mini fridge not best however staff can’t do enjoy for you

The hotel is located in a central position in the Paceville district and in a strategic position for getting around Malta, a few steps from the nightlife areas. Let me start by saying that it is not convenient to book a hotel in this neighborhood or in St Julian's by the sea as the beach is very small and surrounded by boats, so you have to move around.
We find near the bus stop, pharmacy, supermarket, shops etc...
The hotel has new and beautiful furnishings, very helpful and kind receptionists, in particular Serena who was able to satisfy every request, even that of coffee.
The room and bathroom are spacious, inside the bathroom there are towels and soap kits, in the room we find a small fridge for storing food and drinks and a space with a kettle, cups and various sachets of coffee, tea, infusions and sugar also equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV. Each room has a balcony communicating with the other, for this reason I would recommend installing pergolas to guarantee privacy and soundproof the rooms as you can hear almost everything in the corridor and in the rooms on the floor.
As for the bed, if you come as a couple, make sure you have a double bed and not separate beds.
The breakfast includes both savory and sweet dishes with drinks but not of a particularly high standard, and also without a label on what was inside for both the drinks and the food.
You need to bring adapters for English sockets, in any case they sell them at reception.
There is also a common outdoor area.
Attentive and helpful service.

Loved this hotel great location in St Julians up a quiet side street away from the loud bars but just a minutes walk from everything bus stop at the end of the street.. staff friendly nice light breakfast very modern and clean rooms our room had a big balcony you could just see spinola bay from it..rooms very quiet at night just a bit of building work going on at other hotels nearby which can be a bit noisy in the morning but that has nothing to do with this hotel it was great value for money and i would recommend it

The problem is the restaurant area. The old guy running it is so rude and miserable (see pic)Never smiles, barges past you without saying excuse me, has no idea about stock levels (ketchup ran up one day and next day he hadn’t restocked. Maybe order more stock with you are running low and not when you run out completely??? Idiot). Then the next day they had no English tea bags.
The buffet area is very small and right next to the kitchen door so staff are constantly barging past when trying to self serve. The milk is not in a jug so you have to ask for it for tea and cereal, and all you are given is half a tiny pot. Milk must be like gold dust in Malta? They should move the serving area away from kitchen door.
The juice jugs are kept on a high shelf so anyone under 5ft 2 is going to have problems reaching for them (see pic).

The hotel is very, very noisy! Room 101 is right above the breakfast room and the small kitchen! From 5:30/6:00 a.m. the night is over because you can hear the breakfast being prepared, etc. The staff show no consideration by talking loudly, moving tables and chairs! Sleeping in is out of the question. It's best to get earplugs.
It's a shame because the location, the size of the room and the bathroom are very good! Breakfast is also good! But you should plan plenty of time for toast because there is only one 4-slot toaster for everyone and it is not the fastest! Bread rolls and baguettes would be better!
All in all, a disappointing holiday on the wonderful island of Malta!
Room 101 should not be offered like this anymore!!!!!

we couldn’t find better, ivy hotel made our stay in Malta perfect!!
the hotel is located very close to all the bars & clubs in St Julians, yet you can’t hear the noise from the room.
the check in is at 2 pm, we arrived earlier in the morning, and there was a very kind girl at the reception named Suhelen, who hurried up the process when i told her we woke up at 1 am in the morning for the plane.
she also gave us the best room with a beautiful view, i talked from home with them and told them it’s my husband’s birthday if they can decorate the room with a cake , champagne.. and i think this is why this happened. it was very very kind from them.
they also decorated our room on his bday!
a super pleasant experience, i would totally come back here. very kind and beautiful people!!

The hotel is a new and in good location near buses, restaurants, supermarkets...
Easy access from airport by bus TD2 (ticket 3 euros).
The street is quiet. We were in room 401, which overlooks the back yard, and all 4 nights we were able to sleep by the open balcony door.
The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. They changed towels almost every day.
The breakfast is good and includes, among other things, fresh fruits and vegetables.

+1
The hotel is in a good location (to go to the center you go down to Triq San Gorg, cross to the other side of the road and take the bus). Around the Paceville area there are many clubs and life night while there are no good beaches in the area. The room (I attach photos of the room and breakfast room) is very large, with a desk, an armchair, TV, mini bar, safe, wardrobe and a small balcony with 2 chairs. Bathroom large enough but blind. Good cleaning. There are 2 elevators. I recommend bringing an adapter to connect the devices (otherwise they sell them at the reception). Decent breakfast with mostly sweet, less salty and little fruit. Friendly and helpful staff.

Function here is the key. Location is ideal, walking distance to St Georges, St Julian's, Paceville (less than 10 min either way) or even further (Sliema) if you have good legs. Lots going on around the hotel building wise but there is everywhere in Malta. Room was good (Deluxe) 9th Floor, spotless, balcony and coffee/tea. Breakfast was OK, some interesting bits on offer. Staff seemed well trained and always willing to help - as I said Functional but also friendly and clean - nothing not to like - good stay. Cheers The Ivy.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. Spotless, well equipped and a perfect location (in the centre of everything and 5 mins from the beach). The website pictures are a true representation of the hotel.
Amazing value for money. Hotel staff are very attentative; I didnt get her name but the pretty girl in the black jeans was exceptionally helpful and nothing was ever too much for her.
I really dont wan't to make this a 'race thing' but unfortunately, we are in times whereby minority travellers need to consider whether where they are going is 'safe'. I had a really bad experience in Cyprus last year and was worried about travelling again; there is absolutely nothing to worry about in Malta (not more than usual anyway!). Lots of people of colour everywhere, both travellers and residents.
I have recommended this place to a few friends looking for a last minute end of summer getaway and will hands down be returning.
