Spa at Da Vienna hotel

Hotel twin deluxe was comfortable & clean. Easy to get taxi (6k Rp) from hotel to Batam City Mall. Tried the spa at hotel. Though masseur was good, pricing was very expensive after adding 10% GST & 35% spa vendor tax! Not worth to try....More

Good hotel at good location

Situated near Nagoya mall. Going most places in hotel is 5-15mins. Breakfast had quite a few variety and taste good. Room is bright and well furnished. Slight downside is that the cooler is not cold enough. Could be better if fridge. Overall still a good...More

Awesome Stay!

I will definitely recommend this to everyone. The staffs were super friendly! The foods is delicious. They are also polite and respectful. Thumbs Up! And also this is my 3rd stay here. Never fails to give us a great stay.

Wonder staff.

Staffs and workers were very polite and sincere. Great hospitality. Very friendly staffs helped us when we needed help. Even when we were simply just taking a lift. They greeted us and welcomed us. Thank you for the great experience.

Hi, they do have but I'm not sure about the charges and payment as I only book for hotel room. you can drop them a email and check with them the charges for meeting room and small ballroom. They will reply you.
