This is an amazing place but the staff here are so slow. I had to wait 10 minutes just to be seated at breakfast every morning while they are chatting and gossiping with each other. The restaurant staff were also very lazy and dry faced, only 1 or 2 came in with a smile and asked if everything was ok.

At the pool various times we had to ask for the menu and an umbrella, I stayed here for 4 nights and the service just got worse and worse. Everyday there was bad service even though the place was empty.

Cracked walls, bad paint in the rooms, I had to pay extra for coffee and water in the morning when usually it's free.

The reception staff were good but everytime I called they never answered so had to go downstairs to request something. We had another room where the coffee cups were cracked and one had water inside.

It's a lovely place but they need to change their staff for them to get back to being a top resort.

The hotel is not well maintained. Paint is gone and it definitely needs maintenance. Apart from that the room is lacking essentials such as hair dryer cue tips,tissues...they do not put water every day and they do not even put cups to drink coffee in the morning. I have to call every time to ask for stuff. They charge fees for eveything. ( delivery of breakfasts in the room, delivery of food from outside, beds on the pool) . Waiters on the pool do not want to work its so hard to get a drink. The breakfast is not good And they givz small quantities. and if you want something extra they charge. The pool is very good and big and the baby pool is good. Chalet are quite. They do not know how to run business.

I love the resort if you are not looking for a 5 star hotel. Cause the resort part is different than the hotel.. the reception and reservations were very helpful and nice. The only problem is when I called ROOM service at 5:25 and they asked me to go to restaurant as its still open. By the time I made it to the restaurant at 5:30, I was told they stopped taking orders. I was pissed so the nice Ahmad Ramadan agreed to make an exception and work over time. I really thank him but I wish the management will take care of such thing; to avoid such confusion and embarrassment to guests. Thank you.

Beautiful location, Pangea Beach was a surprise.
The staff was friendly & cooperative especially as upon arrival my room smelled of smoke & no WiFi at all. Changing to a smoke free room with some WIFI ( Internet in Lebanon at the time of my visit was a disaster and weak) was super quick. Rooms where super clean & even the side view rooms had some sea view.
The premises was supernice with a combination of pools & beach and clean, bathrooms on premise always clean
Breakfast was a good quantity served from 830 to 11, with friendly staff.
The VIP pool beds were free of charge for occupants, while the lower pool & beach were for an extra charge of usd 5 or USD 10 depending on size. The staff around the pool & pool bar where friendly & supportive.
Happy to have spent time here ..

Hospitality definition: the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers.

These guys totally forgot and abandoned all means of hospitality. These people literally deal with customers as walking bags of money. Had to pay 20,000 for the valet. 50,000 entrance knowing that my friends had paid 400,000 something for a chalet (your bags have to be searched to make sure you don't smuggle any alcohol inside, you have to buy it off them). But what really ticked me off was them asking 5,000 for a face mask. Which could have easily been complimentary and would have been a beautiful gesture. Couple of more incidents happened not worth mentioning. But the people in the chalet on our right shared the same experience and even left early once they’ve had enough from the treatment and service.
We are hoteliers and know what to expect once we pay a first visit in such bad times for the industry. Change the management ASAP!

Very bad experience at the restaurant.
They give you a menu, but you can t order all the items (not because it is not available, but only because it can be ordered at the pool only/why not having 2 menus one for the resto and one for the pool? Won t it save them trouble with the customers??) food takes forever to be ready (kids are getting VERY impatient) on the top of it all all they charge you extra for each piece of charcoal you add to your shisha.
I also want to add that the overall place is poorly maintained
We won t come again that is for sure

Where do I even begin? Almost everything went wrong on this trip. The hotel's main areas—reception, corridors, lifts, and more—were without air conditioning, turning every step into a sweltering ordeal in the 38°C heat.

We ordered a simple kid's pasta, only to find a random bone in it, posing a serious safety hazard. To make matters worse, the manager tried to convince us that it was just a piece of herb.

Despite shelling out over $500 per night, we were hit with outrageous extra charges. We were asked to pay for pool towels and were charged $20 just to rent a kid's floater for an hour! To top it off, the breakfast staff demanded $10 to deliver breakfast to our room.

Our digital lifeline was almost nonexistent as the internet barely worked throughout our stay, and the safe in our room malfunctioned and needed to be replaced.

The baby crib we requested came with an old, filthy mattress covered in clear cat scratches—a truly disturbing sight.

The food quality was below average, adding to our frustration.

In our so-called "renovated room," the shower water initially came out brown and took over 10 minutes to clear, which was absolutely unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, the manager promised to speak with us before we checked out to make things right, but he never showed up.

In conclusion, this was a nightmarish experience, and we strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Avoid it at all costs!

Reserved a private villa with a pool for almost 5 days they don't change bed covers all our stay. We went to bring macdonald from outside the resort they couldn't let us get them in but instead they put them in a tray and get them to our room for 55,000 l.l. room service charge. I don't recommend any one to visit this place it's waste of money and disgusting place. Plus no maintenance everything is just old walls need to be fixed. They even have no gardener to cut the grass maybe to save money. They take ur money without giving u the least amenities possible .
Think twice nd third b4 choosing this resort.

Its not a hotel, its the worst place to stay.
Unclean without any hygiene place and Cockroaches In the rooms & around.

Staff were terrible they don't care about guests and doesn't know their job.

I refused to stay once i reached there and see how is looks, so they promised a refund for my pre booked stay, but no refund processed from three month ago, even i tried to call them so many times but still keep informing that no refund will be processed, although they agree initially to do !!!

Really wondering how such a hotel and stuff are exists.

Simply terrible. They make you feel like they want to rip you off.. unfriendly and unproffessional staff, if you order food from outside, they charge a fee of 1 dollar pee each sandwich that you order. They have only one resraurant and the food quality is bad and is over priced. Our friends came to visit in the evening and the staff at the reception wanted to charge us on each visitor although we were going to stay in the room!! Simply they loom for excuses to rip you off!!
The bungaloo we stayed in was not well maintained especially the bathroom.

Overall, very bad experience, it just feels sad because the place has a lot of potential if properly managed and maintained... overall a disapppinting experience and will defenitly not visit again...
