Hello Happy Travelers, some vannies we've spoken to referred to this place as the last resort, not lakes resort, which it may or may not be, the front half of the park has great shady grassed sites, in the rear half the sites have patchy shade & no grass there's also 20 plus workers shipping container style cabins, with a camp kitchen & amenities block that need some real TLC. There is also an onsite cafe that does a good Sunday Roast. So flip a coin. Bon Voyage.

Excellent value in converted container with ensuite air con kitchen and double bed. Very clean, value price. We arrived at 7pm straight off our flight, picked up our hire car and arrived at Berry Springs. Very nice friendly family owners. We had dinner sitting on the homestead balcony restaurant which is lit up with fairy lights and is relaxing on a hot summer night. Barramundi with salad and chips and a beer/wine was perfect. We were away without fuss in the morning. We did another overnighter after our Kakadu jaunt and enjoyed a great traditional Aussie Sunday night roast. Thanks Berry Springs. we loved the experience.

What a cool place to stay! Country hospitality at its best, and even better, a Sunday Roast! Big beautiful house and verandah as reception and restaurant We had a great spot by the pond with the beautiful lilies , and spent sometime bird watching. Coldest pool so far in the Territory, colder than Florence Falls! Great hospitality and nice to find an old school shower block

My ensuite van room was $74, not much more than a powered van site. So my expectations were realistic and definitely met. Comfortable double bed, cold air-con, little fridge, plenty of storage and a tiny ensuite. And TV, which I didn't use. Everything clean and working. Perfect if you are out all day and just need somewhere to crash. Cons - no room to sit inside, except on the bed; also van shakes slightly when people enter the adjacent room (the accommodation is an on-site van divided into two rooms).

We were looking for a place for a couple of nights before heading into Darwin amd decided to try here. Reviews were mixed but we were pleasantly surprised. Such a quiet and peaceful place with beautiful lawns and plenty of shade. Bathrooms are older but clean and absolutely fine. They were short of staff like nearly everywhere at the moment but really friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

A very nice and quiet place to stay. Just down the road from the Berry Springs shopping centre and the Berry Springs Tavern. And then not far from Darwin and suburbs. A great place to stay. Also the have great food, so you don't have to go anywhere.

Welcoming peaceful wildlife birds galore pool camp kitchen pets welcome on cabin verandas basic but adequate. Daniel made us feel welcome despite us arriving late after a L O N G drive from Nhulunbuy. Close enough to Darwin but away from the hustle.

Stayed one night in a queen compact cabin which was a semi-detached static caravan. Positives: clean inside, comfy bed, full fridge. No so good: shabby outdoor area with old plastic chairs and a table, no doormat so if its raining all the dirt comes inside with you, the 'cabin' shakes when your neighbour enters their side. Unfortunately we had no sleep as the campsite was kept awake all night by a group of people shouting, swearing, fighting throughout the night. It did not feel like a safe place to be.

A cabin that's practical and affordable in a caravan park. We found this place far beyond our expectation. It's close to Berry Springs and might be the best choice for a budget accommodation in that area. I like the location and the convenience to everything: petrol station, restaurants, and IGA etc. The aircon works fine. Comfy bed. Hot water. Clean toilet. TV is small but we only had it on as background music. No wifi but we have data to use on our phones. Staff and other residents are all very friendly. It feels like home after two nights stay. We borrowed pool noodles for our trip to Berry Springs and Litchfield. Highly recommend the Berry Springs Tavern, which is only 2 minutes away.

This place is a blast from the past, old toilet blocks, camp kitchen is below average and there was no gas in bottles attached to BBQ's. Very few grassed sites, broken washing machine leaving only 2.Very disappointing visit.
