We arrived at the port and walked to this accommodation on the outskirts of the Romblon Town..very disorganised..although we had a reservation the staff member seemed unsure as to where our room was.Our room was on the second floor..view from balcony was great.Room itself was spacious... bathroom was tiny and very dirty..we wanted to take a shower later in the evening and there was literally a trickle of water and cold water only..staff were nowhere to be found..eventually we found someone and asked for help or room change ..staff was not able to communicate properly with us or recify problem..we were offered to use a shared bathroom down the hall but the water isdue was the same..throughout the night and again very early in the morning 2 staff members were making alot of noise yelling and playing loud music..which echied through the entire complex..overall staff were rude unhelpful and had poor communication skills..however the lady on reception next day was kind and very apologetic about the situation saying that the night shift staff were just school students.. not a good look and not professional..very disapointing over priced place..not a great experience here..I can not recommend this place.

Unfreundliches Personal, Zimmer nicht geputzt! Bettwäsche schmutzig haben unsere Badetücher als Unterlage benutzt. Dusche/ Bad sofern man das als Bad bezeichnen kann, duschen konnte man nicht da kein Wasser kam. Zum Glück war es nur für eine Nacht.
