The location was easy to find, there were a lot of signs pointing us to the right direction. It was also quite near to the beach, just a few minutes walk going down. The place was packed when we visited though, so it was difficult to bathe since they only had 2 shared bathrooms, and our group had 12 people, plus the other groups which consisted of at least 10 people. The air conditioner was another problem too, in both the rooms we were in. Right when we turned it on, some dust/insects came out of it. It also did not cool the rooms well while we slept. Lastly, the doorknobs to our rooms and the bath can be hard to turn sometimes. You can use the kitchen and utensils for a fee. The caretakers were very welcoming and helpful too. .

This place is best for chill nights with friends or family. The place is really peaceful at night where you can focus on listing to the sound waves. Also, it is best for you to bring your own food and drinks to avoid hustle in buying there.

While I was scouting for a place to stay, only Lambug Beach gave me the confidence that our vacation would be stress-free. Their customer reviews both on Facebook and here are great. The others were super worrying because of multiple issues. So we went, and true enough, we were given all the assistance we needed. Clear instructions were sent to us. Ate Susan was also thoughtful enough to arrange a tricycle to pick us up from the highway because we arrived close to midnight. All the other staff were courteous and caring. The place was peaceful, the house very clean, and modern. Yeah, not beachfront, but it was very comfortable like we never left home. The beach was a short walk anyway, so it was all worth it.

What a surprise! A wonderful pure white sand beach and crystal clear blue water. Sea urchins, Starfish and plenty of fish to be seen. Food and beer available and beach side cabins. Very clean and well maintained. Easy acces for the elderly and children. 3 hour drive from Cebu. The Family and us will be back soon.

Such a fantastic accommodation. The house is well kept, clean and tidy. It had everything you needed in a home. Something you can call a home away from home. We were a party of 30 including children so we occupied the sea view rooms upstairs which were both air conditioned and can accommodate 10-12 persons each and two other very good sized ac rooms downstairs. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. It felt like we were in our own home away from the city. Special thanks to the caretakers Susan and Vilma who were very lovely, polite and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The sea which is about a 2-3 minute walk from the homestay is breathtaking, white sand, clear blue sea water, loads of greenery surrounding the place. The only downside was the dirt road going to the sea is not so safe to walk on and the seafront is not as close to the homestay as we thought. It was difficult for us to find the homestay as there were'nt enough signage to the homestay from the main road. And when you get closer to the homestay the only sign you would find is not big enough for everyone to see. Water supply around the home is very good except for the dirty kitchen which at times was none. We used the dirty kitchen a lot hence not having a good water supply to the dirty kitchen was a little problem. But Vilma was quick to help us out with buckets of water. Generally, this is a very lovely homestay with brilliant hosts. Again , Susan and Vilma were brilliant! If we have to travel again somewhere in Badian, I will always choose to stay at Lambug Beach Homestay.

it was a good overnight stay.. we stayed in a dorm type accomodation, it was clean and the restroom was in a separate location but just a few feet away. They are a good option if you want to stay near lambug beach which is only like a few meters away. Good home cooked food if you decide to order from them, you can also use their kitchen to cook your own food. The woman in charge of cooking and taking requests was very nice too. Over all a great experience.

I was lucky to have booked a double room with AC and common bathroom for 6pax a day before our trip and the owner was very accommodating. We didn't expect to find a newly built house with lots of rooms, tiled floors and the beach was just a 2 min walk. We were provided with thick extra matresses and the common bathroom has a small tub and a rain shower head. Perfect for an overnight stay after a swim at the Kawasan falls which is just 30 min drive. Great accommodation for a cheap price~ 👍👍👍

We have yet to experience how great this place would have been. Our planned trip last April 16th was cancelled due to typhoon Crising. We were all set and packed but because of the heavy rains and flooding, we cannot afford to risk our safety. We fully understood the no refund policy but given the situation, we just can't push through with it. We have asked consideration if we can rebook our reservation since we have already made the down payment. We were initially denied by one of their staff but was then advised to send a message to the owner. We then received their response stating their cancellation policy is 50% non-refudable deposit especially for the short notice we gave. Even told us they have incurred "loss" 'coz they could have given the room to somebody else. Of course it is a "short notice". We cannot predict nature. And loss because of the short notice??? Really??? You'd rather want your guests go through the storm so you will not incur loss??? A little consideraton was all we asked. True their place is beautiful and would have loved to experience it. But with the customer service we just had prior to staying, NO THANKS. They just showed money matters more to them than the saftey of their guests.

A place you must visit. You will love the beach. The name Homestay justifies it as me and my family felt it is like home. The rates were reasonable and the food was excellent. Rooms & bathrooms were clean. Hospitality extended towards us was superb. Planning to visit again with more friends and family members.
