An ideal locale with a magnificent view. This hotel is so close to Train transport and shopping/restaurant strip that it is an ideal spot for a short getaway. One could only imagine if they had a rooftop bar what a go to place this hotel would become. Friendly, helpful staff and pleasant bar/restaurant area. Perhaps the bar could stay open a little later towards the end of the week. Car arrivals need to factor in the $40 a day parking.

The Hotel is fantastic for us, we stay the every time and have done for over 15 years. it's so convenient for everything we do when we're in Sydney. With great access to public transport we just leave the car, catch a train or walk. the rooms are always clean and the staff always friendly and helpful.

Clean & comfortable rooms, good range to choose for breakfast, close drive to Mater Hospital, spectacular views, trains do hum but not excessively noisy. Close to trains. Great little pub across the street.

A very nice hotel with spectacular views. I stayed there four years ago, before Covid, and was delighted to come back. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I happily recommend the hotel and will return.

Great location and magic views of the harbour. Went for early morning walks along the harbour front and such easy access to the train and shopping plaza. Staff were so helpful and friendly. No complaints and would definitely stay again!!

The hotel and our room were immaculate. The view from our room was amazing. The staff were outstanding during our entire time. They were happy to store our luggage until we were able to check in. The location is great. The rooms are very clean and bedsComfortable . bathroom is fine a little tight. Good news and excellent breakfast it’s just a pity the train runs underneath. Takes a few days to get used to that noise constantly. You can walk to some lovely spots from here

Hotel was perfectly located for my business trip and made my stay in Sydney very easy. Facilities were good and room was comfortable. Be aware on lower floors you will experience train noise from the train line that runs into North Sydney, best to request higher floors. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel room was comfortable: We need BIGGER and LONGER bathrobes. We are not big people - they were very small!! Bed comfortable. Good to have tea and coffee in the room. Am armchair and window blinds would enhance the experience.
