Corrs Corner Hotel garners praise for its generously sized and immaculately clean rooms, with guests frequently enjoying the comfortable beds and well-kept bathrooms. The high-quality food and the vibrant atmosphere, often buzzing with special events and live music, contribute to the hotel's charm. Though service is generally applauded for being friendly and efficient, it does have its off moments. While most appreciate the reasonable pricing of the meals, some guests express concerns over value and noise levels in the rooms.

Service was excellent throughout. The family room was a good size and very clean. We were surprised and pleased that tea and coffee were supplied in our room as we understood this may not be due to the pandemic. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hi 852ross; Thank you for your excellent review! The team here at Corrs Corner take pride in delivering great service to all and we are delighted to hear that this was excellent throughout... The global pandemic has changed day to day life considerably but we try our best to ensure our operation is as "homely & comfortable" as always. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your experience here. Until the next time! Jonny

My wife and I dined here on Thursday 4th August 2022. On arrival at 5 pm promptly seated, menus presented and drinks order taken. Courteous efficient staff promptly served meals which were very tasty, good portions and reasonably priced. Can recommend.

Stayed overnight for a works meeting, check in was quick and easy.
Room was very spacious and clean
We had evening meal at the bar grill restaurant and food was excellent and reasonable priced
Breakfast was basically ask what you want (no menus?) with cereals and juices on a table, again no complaints with the food
We checked out early as we had a works meeting nearby and didn't know how long we would be, lady on reception (Lorna i think) was a great help with Taxis and luggage storage.
Would definitely stay again

On Hearing so many recommendations for Corrs corner we decided to dine here today. Waited at the entrance to be greated, as the manager approached us there was no eye contact as he was fixated on his smart watch and continued to read his text messages before he seated us. We ordered A round of drinks in which included a cocktail, the cocktail arrived after the starter arrived and the bottles of Budweiser was recapped and flat. Can’t fault the starter all tasty, however when the mains arrived 2 main portions would amount to 1 main in any other establishment side of veg was swimming in butter and cauliflower cheese was black and dehydrated. 2 waiters came over to check if everything was ok however they didn’t come close enough to the table to discuss the food so it would of been very embarrassing to address it from afar. We finished our mains and contemplated whether to say anything or not however most places would take feedback and try improve things for next time. But not this manager he stood there with pure arrogance. He didn’t take anything we said onboard. He cleared the table and went off in a rage. He went to the kitchen spoke to the floor staff gathered information to come back and play the blame game like he was right we were wrong to give feedback. We asked for the bill and he continued to argue with us when we told him we wouldn’t pay for the Budweiser. He came back with the adjusted bill and was patronising my friend explaining it. In these times I would of expected a better standard of service and a better quality in the food considering the menu prices. Very disappointing as this would of been a perfect venue for us to potentially stay and dine. Won’t now I’m happy for the general manager of the hotel to contact me to discuss further as my husband works in hospitality and if he acted any way like this he definitely wouldn’t have a job!

Hi Emnad16; I have read this review on both Facebook and here on Tripadvisor now... Just to make you aware & to clarify; we as a team and I as Hotel GM welcome constructive feedback regularly. We take all feedback seriously and use this as a platform to continuously improve. However; this feedback has not been communicated constructively (in any way). Given that your husband works in hospitality he would understand and appreciate that an opportunity to discuss and resolve issues directly is the way to operate - not just generate issues and post them online in as many places as possible! Direct contact with me could have resolved things a lot more effectively & I do not welcome individual team members being targeted or our product being tarnished inaccurately on social platforms in anyway... To touch on some of your comments regarding our product & service; we do not serve "flat re-capped beer" or "small portions". In fact, we are widely renowned for large portions if anything... Our team of waiting staff cannot come as close to the table as once before with the global pandemic/current restrictions and I am pleased that they are clearly maintaining the appropriate distance from the table. The other issues could have been discussed had this have been brought to my attention directly; however, I am not prepared to discuss your issues with an individual team member on a social platform. Wishing you all the best...

We have stayed in Corrs Corner before on several occasions and always enjoyed it……this time just wasn’t the same. I booked the Suite Retreat (not for the first time) for my partners birthday. On arrival I was looking forward to the complimentary bottle of house proseco and platter of chocolates, but when we arrived at our room there was no sign of it. The room itself was fine…..I knew what to expect from previous experiences…..although the light fittings in the bathroom ceiling looked shabby with cracked and missing plaster around them, and one looked quite unsecured. At dinner, the food was great, although prices have gone up quite a bit, and we were only allowed £20 per head towards dinner costs rather than the £30 we had on previous occasions. We were informed that breakfast was served until 10am…..we arrived for breakfast at 9.30 and there was just about enough for us to choose from (I pity the couple who came after us) and the food wasn’t overly warm.
When you pay £279 for a room for the night, you expect a little better to be honest. It’s a pity that it seems to have gone down hill a bit from our previous stays as we always enjoyed a night away here.

Best hotel experience my wife and I have had in years. Outstanding management and outstanding staff. Big thank you to Natasha on reception who was so kind and very helpful in making our stay very special. Our suite was of five star quality with everything we needed and more, nice little added touches like chocolates and Prosecco went down a treat. The food in the restaurant was of Michelin star quality along with the ambiance and high standard service of the restaurant staff ,I thank you all. Hope to see you all very soon, many thanks Robert and Brigid.

Accommodation, hotel itself and restaurant food was lovely. No air con in room and bathroom radiator wouldn't turn off so had to open window which is right onto a main dual carriageway so too noisy to sleep. Breakfast not at the same standard of the restaurant food which was a bit disappointing. I would stay again in the winter when I can appreciate the warm rooms more!

Hi Snowy789; Thank you for your recent review. Constructive feedback is always much appreciated and for this, I thank you... The team and I are very pleased you enjoyed your stay in our hotel & that you found the property itself, accommodation facilities and the food lovely. I have looked into the heating situation across the board and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to welcome you back again in the near future. Best wishes for now; Jonny

We recently used Corrs corner hotel as a base for visiting family in the area. The hotel is modern and well located on the outskirts of Glengormley. The rooms are spacious and come with tea/coffee tray iron hairdryer and free WiFi. The phone signal was really bad on the third floor but having the WiFi made up for this. Breakfast was really nice with a good selection of hot items. All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and engaging and respectful of social distancing.

Good value for money when I needed a room for the night whilst travelling in Northern Ireland.
Just off M2 at Glengormley.
Plenty of free parking. Clean, well equipped room.
Bar, grill and restaurant.
Friendly staff
I stayed in room 408 on ground floor - new purpose built wing - close to main road so traffic noise obvious if window open.

A perfect stay at a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Belfast (approx 5 miles) . It was a family visit and we had adjoining rooms (access to both via internal door), very convenient. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing a problem. Restaurant, great food at a reasonable price with breakfast (a proper Irish breakfast with soda and potato bread) included in the price. Home comforts as being originally from Belfast. Guinness was as it should be, smooth and left to stand to make the perfect pint. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking and just located of the M2 motorway with easy access to Belfast and the coast road.

Hi Robert, thanks for getting in touch. The grill menu is extensive using local produce and is served all day. There are also daily specials for extra variety. The grill bar is 150 seater, there is also a 90seater restaurant and due to the high demand of local customers we serve the same menu in both locations. You can view the entire grill menu on the Corrs Corner Hotel website under the dining section. To give you an idea cod with chips and vegetables is £13.95, fresh seabass with sides is £14.75 Hope this helps and if you have any queries please don't hesitate to get in touch. Many thanks
