Not as far as I know? I'm surprised they claim to be ski in ski out? Most of the hotel in Morzine are not? There are one or two close to the lifts that are ski in. But as there are lifts on both sides of the valley you could not ski home from both sides so either way you would need to catch a bus, land train or walk where evever you stay in Morzine. Saying this it's lovely hotel great food and price compared to many of the others in Morzine. If you want true ski in ski out try Avoriaz.
