This resort is situated far from town. It's best if you have your own vehicle. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The pool is clean. The over-all vibe of the place is relaxing and there are instagrammable spots. Lots of Trees, plants and flowers. They offer private area with pool.
The GOOD: The resort is highly recommended for family or company functions and outings. It's laid out to handle multiple events at once with many different venues available. The entire resort is beautifully landscaped and offers a number of pool areas along with convenient CR facilities. At night the resort comes alive when the many floral (plastic) displays are well lit. Sure, the entrance road is a bit bumpy, but that's part of the adventure. As most locals can't parallel park, use instead the main parking lot. Be sure to locate the well hidden Sari Sari store in the middle of the park. Also don't be shy and be sure to take photos around the infinity pool overlooking Masinloc Bay. The BAD: We booked two Ocean View rooms. *** The views were nice, especially during sunset. *** If you Check-In Early, you are advised that you are required to Check-Out early. We arrived at Noon and were advised that we would have to depart the next day one hour early at 10AM. *** NO WI-FI *** NO Hot Water *** NO Water Pressure to take a shower. *** Loose water faucet, shower head and entrance door knob. *** Very noisy Air Conditioner, luckily there was an overhead fan. *** Mold on the Air Conditioner cord, residue dust on the clothes rack unit. *** Very limited Satellite TV channels and the signal kept cutting out. *** The rooms had been recently repainted with LOTS of "White" paint. NO wall decorations of any kind. It could not have been more sterile looking! The UGLY: The food was a complete disappointment. The first day we ordered lunch. Our order was a "Shrimp Gombos" and a "Stir Fried Chicken". Both dishes came were made with exactly the same sauce with vegetables that were identical in both dishes. For dinner it was a Tinola along with a Porterhouse Steak. The Steak (if it can be called that) was absolutely the worse that I have ever had. Search the photos and take a look for yourself. The meals are served and you will NEVER see the staff again. They retreat to the outside kitchen area which is located in the middle resort grounds. NO Condiments of any kind are placed on the table. We had to ask for tissues at delivery of both meals. Bring your own bottle opener.…
We go to this place 2 or 3 times a years since it opened and we went again this November but was disappointed. Undeniably, it has a nice view but the rooms are not well kept anymore. We stayed at Villa 3 and it was dirty. Grill is rusty and almost to fall apart. Staff or management are not that caring anymore compared to the years before. They rushed us to check-out at 11am. When my phone got misplaced, I had to check the villa again. To my surprise, they already let the next occupants in even if the check-in time is 1pm.
Came with my Elane family last October. Very clean, tidy and very colourful. Such an amazing tunnel on the way up to the reception. I love the art and theme and decor of Da Farm... Very relaxing and welcoming. All the staff where amazing with there kindness friendly nature. Thank you for your hospitality. Nice to meet you all.
This resort is located on a hill overlooking the sea, though we got a sea view room it isn't the best view of the sea. The best view of the sea is from the infinity pool. Rooms are okay nothing to rave about, comfy bed, aircon works, clean room & bath room, room service is available. Best bit was the seating area next to the pool overlooking the sea, morning breeze was perfect, note that infinity pool is only accessible to certain rooms, wish there was a bar next to the pool. Its a bit of a travel from Manila and traffic along Subic <-> Olongapo sucks so better plan ahead. Google maps will get you near the resort once there you might have to ask for directions.
