The owner Eddie and ms merajen make this place very memorable for me. Despite the hassle pandemic policies and the bad weather this week. They made our stay special. We were spoiled, they would asked us what we want to eat, they offered us services for the island tour and the wife of sir eddie is really very knowledgeable about the tourist spots, what's new and what are the instagrammable places to visit. I even get to have new friends- their son Lukas and their dog Lucky. I got to chat with them at breakfast, what a very humble couple. If you're looking for something cozy and feel the island life of siargao. I would totally recommend this place. Also I love reading at the porch of the room where we're staying. Sometimes you get greeted by friendly dogs passing by.

One of the most Reasonable accomodation in Siargao with direct access to sea. I honestly don't swim here but bike to Malinao but the fact that you are enjoying the seabreeze in a nice homey atmosphere is such pure joy.

People are friendly, they have long term tenant which you can chitchat and share nice life experience. Eddie and his Wife are very warm and welcoming people. I would love to experience to stay at the 2nd floor room overlooking the water but was fullybooked when I was there.

Not for luxury traveller but mid budget, this is far from major restaurant so preferred if you have your own bike or ride.

They pick up in the airport if you need transpo.
Recommended.

I love the nice tropical plants around.

Eddie and his wife are gracious hosts. This beachfront place is clean, neat VERY well priced, safe and comfortable.Did not try breakfast but fairly priced. Was not happy about neighbors noisy roosters at 4 am, but, hey its a Philippine thing , and given the pricing here, acceptable. Wifi works outside fine, rooms not so much. AC is incredible. good clean bath as well.

Eddie's is a trike ride from anywhere you might want to go to in the island. Not as popular as most resorts, once the tricycle driver even got lost trying to bring us there.

The view is great as the sea is literally their backyard, though the area is not recommended for swimming. They have an Intex pool set up at the back for folks who want to take a dip, I guess.

The staff are friendly, and there's food / brekky available from 7am-3pm.

Rooms had two beds, but only one blanket. When I asked for another one they said they only provide one. That was really odd.

Bathroom had a bidet and hot shower.

Another issue we had was an unfamiliar type of bug would sometimes appear on the bed - we weren't sure what it was and we'd brush it away when it appeared.

All in all, if you're a hostel type person this would be good value for you, just don't expect more than the basics.

Booked the hotel for a 3 night stay. We made contact to reaffirm closer to departure date, however they did not reply. We ended up querying via the booking website. They cancelled our reservation last minute with "sorry, no" as an explanation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Eddie's. The cottage was beautiful and very comfortable, nice air conditioning, clean and very spacious. Eddie and his partner very welcoming and friendly, made us feel right at home. The food was traditional and very tasty! Also couldn't complain about the serving size! And really, the location...just brilliant...right at the waterfront..perfect for the morning dip! We will definitely be back!! Loved it! Thank you Eddie and MJ, for a perfect holiday!

Stayed for 4 nights at Eddie's Resort. It is around 15 mins walk to the center of General Luna and you can rent motorbikes nearby. Bungalows are spacious and the resort has access to beach. However, we did not swim at the resort as beach did not look that much appealing. We met Eddie who was helpful and accomodating to our concerns. You can order breakfast for 200 pesos (I liked omelette and the coffee was really good). Nice and relaxing stay. Wi-fi is superslow (I wish Eddie could improve it).

The hotel bungalows are very spacious. The staff are very helpful when it comes to our needs like breakfast, hiring a motorcycle, tours and etc. Only at the moment there’s a renovation going on. The warm shower is a plus. The location is a bit far from the hotspots (Cloud 9) but if you rent a scooter you’ll be there in 5mins.

The place is like your own, it's not crowded. It's near the shore so it's easy to take a dip during high tide. They have good coffee ( ask for brewed ) and decent food. The owners are nice, one of the caretakers named Macmac is really accomodating, he can set you up for cheaper surf lessons and tours.

Worth the visit to Siargao.
Worth the stay in this resort.
Well maintained, hands on and accommodating owner, friendly staffs, plus the very smart Lucas (son of the owner) 😊😍👦🏻

Stayed for 4days, 4nights and no regrets at all. Safe and clean. They have their own bar too, wherein you can order your food and drinks. And if you want to explore Siargao on your own, motorbike for rent is available at 400/day only. Planning for island hopping, and other activities? They can arrange it for you as well, and even the transport (van) going to the airport, they can contact someone to pick you up that cost 300/pax only. Hassle free right?
Eddie's Beach Resort gives you not only the best, but EXCELLENT service..

**I recommend their pork adobo and mango smoothie**
Posted some pics below for you to look at, and the contact number..
