Fantastic beachfront villa with amazing view and vibes. Staff were so friendly and the restaurant does really yummy breakfasts that you can have delivered to your villa to eat on the patio. Location is great too - not too far away from the main stretch of restaurants and bars and not too far away from Cloud 9 and other surf spots. Would definitely recommend staying here :)
Wow what an amazing place, green grass everywhere, beach front, super nice staff, very good and healthy food, they also have a cool surfbshop and boat surf trips. Fantastic place. The breakfast is also very good, amazing eggs Benedict.
We went for food at Greenhouse cafe and it was delicious! Lots of choice, good portion size and the price was good too. Would definitely recommend stopping by here for breakfast if you are in General Luna. It is also right next to a surf shop which is nice to have a look in
Had the chance to have a vacation after a long time. Glad that we stayed in Greenhouse Siargao, making our vacay perfect. This private resort is the best if you want to experience solitude. Very relaxing with the help of the friendly staff. We’ll definitely go back.
I reserved Greenhouse Siargao based on a gut feel, and after our stay there, I'm glad I followed my instincts. House 1 was the best place for a group of up to five with its spacious terrace and beachfront location. We enjoyed the sunrise, the hammock, and the laidback island pace. The place will be cleaned every day if you allow it, and the fridge was full of reasonably-priced cold drinks. The cafe served excellent, fresh food. A slack line in front of the common room was a welcome challenge. The beach right in front was full of sea grass, but there are lots of things to do in Siargao. Although Greenhouse was still in General Luna, it was still far enough from all the hustle and bustle of the tourist district for guests to enjoy a restful sleep. The staff are warm and friendly. Nikki and James replied to most inquiries promptly. I would definitely stay here again.…
We only stayed for 2 nights but we had a great time at the resort! We were booked at Big house 4, and it was a perfect place for us to be stucked on that one day when the rain poured all day! We actually enjoyed the sound of the rain coming from our modern “nipa hut”. My kids enjoyed sleeping at the bunk with mosquito net for the first time!Family of 4, (2 kids) the room was big for us. It felt with had our own yard, very tropical surrounded by beautiful foliage. With a little construction in front of us at that time it could had been better. The pressure of the water from the shower bit slow, but maybe because it is an eco-resort. They sure follow proper segregation. The staff was very helpful and made sure we were home and comfortable. Thanks for the cookie treat for the kids! Oh and the amazing people that runs the cafe, with your talent, one of the amazing meal we ever had!! …
We had an amazing time at the Greenhouse! The staff is super friendly and ready to help anytime, there's a beautiful café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner (as a resort guest you can even order the food and drinks to your villa), a cool surf shop, and the entire resort is located beautifully inbetween palm trees and lots of other trees and plants. The location itself is perfect: it’s nice and quiet, but Cloud9 is a 15-minute walk away, and to General Luna centre it’s just 10 minutes. Unfortunately, there was construction work going on next door, but the manager gave us a discount for our stay. The resort does a lot to help protect our planet such as waste separation, water tanks collecting rainwater and refillable drinking water stations at every house. We asked for laundry service and a babysitter, and we were helped with everything! Our stay honestly felt like we arrived at our second second home, with the staff becoming our "holiday family". I totally recommend the Greenhouse for anyone who is traveling with kids as well as to anyone in general really.…
I travelled with my 2 daughters and it was their idea to visit Siargao. We did NOT go wrong choosing Greenhouse Siargao to be our residence for 5 nights while in the island. We were in awe when we saw our accommodation. It was a waterfront villa house! It’s spacious for the 3 of us. It has a bed on the first level and another bed at the loft. The surrounding is very calming and peaceful. My daughters and I loved hanging out at “our” terrace with lots of breeze facing the beach. Nikki, the resort manager, and the rest of the staff are all very nice and accommodating. Jayce, the restaurant manager is just the same. James, the owner, took the time to chat with us while having dinner one night at their restaurant. Everybody made us feel at home. The resort is only 10 to 15-minute walk to almost everything. Tricycles are available if you choose not to walk. By the way, the drinking water is provided so you don’t have to worry about buying bottled water. This is really a plus for us! I’m definitely be coming back to this place if ever I have the opportunity to visit Siargao again!…
Visited this place on our first night in Siargao and we loved it so much we came back basically everyday while we were there. Not only was the food really good, but the service and hospitality we received from Jayce and the rest of the staff kept us coming back! I’d highly recommend the Same same but different, and Barrel City 2.0 with extra bacon 😜 for breakfast as well as the pineapple and mint juice. The tacos and chip and dip are a must try, and both the Moroccan dishes as well! Nothing we could fault and will definitely be back when we visit Siargao again! Also the ginger cat was a bonus to see and cuddle
We spend a week in on of the houses of this small resort. Our house was quite spacious. It had one covered terrace in the front, one big bed and a second one available in a mezzanine on top of the bathroom. There are fans instead of AC but we thought it is enough. The houses are in a beautiful garden that faces the sea. When the tide is low there is a small beach where we can lay on. Swimming is almost not possible since the water height is too low as for all the coast surrounding General Luna. The staff is nice. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the breakfast which is served in the resort restaurant which is right besides the houses. All the dishes are fresh, tasty and original and the service very warming. There is a place for Yoga practice but at the time of our stay we didn’t see any course. There is also a boat but also at that time not in use. We had to contact an agency to do some island hopping. During our time there was some construction going on inside the resort and in the resort besides. It was noisy but it didn’t bother too much. The wifi was not reachable from the room and 3 days it didn’t work in the reception neither. During our stay the rooms were not cleaned on daily basis, only when we requested it and it was very basic cleaning. Despite those few issues we had a good time and we keep good memory of it.…
