Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Stayed here 6 nights with my kid on school break. Front beach location is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant service and food was good. There are also plenty of alternative choices nearby should you wish to explore. Activities can be booked through the hotel and we’ve enjoyed paddle board for free! Rooms were new, spacious and well appointed. I would however stick with the Deluxe rooms as the upgrade to King suite was not worth the money in my view. I would also suggest that management makes more efforts on (i) providing better amenities (coffee/tea and toiletries) and (ii) housekeeping- it should have been daily, and yet I had to complain about it for the room to be done. Finally, internet connection is OK during the day but rather unstable in the evening (ICT infra on the island is not the best 😊 ).
All in all, good experience , my kid definitely enjoyed her stay. I recommend you try it!

Siargao was our home during the latter part of the pandemic and we initially came to Siago as regulars at their restaurant and love the smoothie bowls. Every weekend, we came for their great breakfast selections and good coffee. The pool and the beach right in front of the restaurant made for a great weekend for us.
After Odette, we returned to Manila and travelled back and forth from Manila to Siargao and booked rooms in Siago for a few weeks every time we were in the island. The hotel staff are accommodating with our needs and they are like an extension of our family. The owners of the resort are also very engaging and really helpful with requests, no matter how small. Once, we left our laptop charger in the hotel and they shipped the same to us from Siargao to Manila. That's how committed they are to their guests! :)
Their suites have beautiful interiors, and everything in the resort is well thought of. Siago is a great addition to Siargao island and we will always be booking at Siago every time we are in the island.

Have been to Siargao several times but this is the best trip so far due to our experience at Siago!
Beautiful and clean rooms, an amazing beachfront, excellent location (close to many restos and a short tricycle ride from Cloud 9 area). Not to mention their own restaurant serves great breakfast (included in the room) and coffee (the Horchata is so good!).
Last but not least was the service - the team at Siago really made sure we were cared for. On one night we ran into some problems with the wifi, and they even set up a separate prepaid router outside our room just to make sure we stayed connected. Thoughtful touches such as packing towels and water for our land tour was also much appreciated.
Overall highly recommended!!

We had the best vacation in Siargao Island because of Siago Beach Resort and their staff. Their location is near the food establishments, souvenir shops, spas, church, and more.
Service is very commendable. Front desk staff were very accommodating and made sure all our needs were attended. Room service massage was the best 👌. Their free breakfast for in house guests were all delicious. We even had our dinner where we celebrated our niece's 19th birthday. Pan seared Ahi with Aglio Olio was the 💣. Thank you, chef, for the well-curated menu. 🍽️
They can arrange van transfers from and to the airport. Lounge pool is really nice too. But the beach front view is superb. ✨
This hotel is not as big as Isla Cabana, Siargao Bleu or Siargao Island Villas but that's what makes it special, very intimate atmosphere.
Stable internet connection to those who works remotely. They have their own Globe tower. 😊 Smart TVs have cable and Netflix. The view from our room (King Suite with beach view) was impeccable. I love how eco-friendly this hotel is. They use sustainable bar soaps, reusable glass water bottles and the whole resort is well-maintained. We will definitely go back!
Kudos to May, Shai and Belle for attending to our needs and special requests. You girls are the best! Also to Beth, Gal, Erwin and Limar for your exceptional service at the restaurant. Some members of the staff has a tendency to be condescending, and the availability of vegan options is sparse. Food also had a tendency to be inconsistent and certain policies or offers change during a 5-day stay. For instance the first 2 or 3 days 8 complimentary breakfast was provided for us, but it changed to 6 (now children are not included) after the 3rd day without explanation. There is a constant need to check the billed food because there were some inconsistencies with the billing.
Communication with the reception can be problematic. I asked for scuba diving rates and was constantly told to check the website, which had no rates and when I asked them to write down the rates, I was informed that I would be given it but it never came.
I had forgotten to bring my toothbrush and asked if they provided complimentary ones, they said they didn't so I went to a convenient store to buy some, but when I returned. they said they do provided after requesting... I guess I wasn't direct enough when asking.

Please allow me to clarify the concept and offerings of our hotel’s restaurant. While we are not specifically a vegan restaurant, our specialization lies in Peruvian, South, and Central American cuisine. We take pride in offering one of the most extensive and flexible menus on the island, catering to dietary restrictions such as vegan, vegetarian, and various allergies including nuts, dairy, and shellfish. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate specific food requests as asked for by your group, such as vegan kaldereta, tofu sisig,and pancit canton. We understand that these dishes are best prepared by the Filipino vegan restaurants on the island recommended to you. That being said, our culinary team did make the effort to cater to your group’s preferences by regularly preparing a delicious eggplant shiitake adobo (a special request by your group) and offered over 22 other vegan entrees. We apologize that this was not a sufficient amount of options for you. Throughout your 5-day stay, you chose to dine at our restaurant for the majority of your meals, despite our recommendations of several delicious vegan restaurants in the area. Additionally, we kindly allowed you to bring in and enjoy take-out food in our restaurant without any corkage fee, in order to provide your family with more food options and accommodate your stay at Siago. We understand that this still fell short of your expectations, and we apologize for any disappointment caused. We would also lie to apologize for the mistake regarding the breakfast for the children. It was an oversight on our part that we included them in the complimentary breakfast count for the first 2 days. As stated on our website, email quotation, and reservation confirmation to you, children below 12 years old who are sharing existing beds are free to stay but WITHOUT complimentary breakfast included. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and will reinforce our staff's understanding of this policy. Additionally, we would like to apologize for any communication issues you experienced with our reception staff. We recognize the significance of clear and helpful communication and will take steps to provide additional training, ensuring they can better assist our guests with their inquiries. Regarding the scuba rates, we want to clarify that they were personally handed to you by one of our managers. You acknowledged the rates as he was able to explain them to you, including the inclusions. As for the toiletries, all rooms come with complete toiletries. However, should you need or want more, you may always request additional toiletries at the front desk, and our staff will be more than happy to provide them for you. We chose Siago Beach Resort to celebrate our 7th anniversary and couldn't be happier with our decision. This hotel offers 5-star hospitality. Our room was equipped with slippers, bathrobes, four towels of each kind (bath, face, beach), extra bathroom rags, and a beach bag for our use. This attention to detail speaks volumes.
The room was furnished with luxurious furniture, and we finally had a good sleep after a week of restless nights. We are very particular about our bed, pillows, and sheets, and Siago Beach Resort met our standards perfectly.
The amenities are top-notch, but our favorite activity was sitting by the beach with a tasty cocktail in hand. The staff was always available and happy to attend to our needs. The food and drinks were of excellent quality. The location is very central, allowing us to party without any worries.
However, be aware that this is not an adult-only resort. There were kids running around and screaming, which can ruin the vibe if you're relaxing by the beach. Fortunately, you won't hear them in your room.
On a positive note, we can’t wait to go back next year!

Siagao Beach Resort wasn't just a vacation; it was an experience unlike any other. From the moment we arrived, the resort embraced us with 5-star hospitality. Our accommodations were impeccable, and the food was truly exceptional. We were so impressed by the diverse menu and affordable prices that we never ventured beyond the resort for meals – a testament to its quality and convenience.
But what truly elevated our stay was the unmatched service. Muriel at the restaurant, Ochie the general manager, and Charlene at the front desk deserve special recognition. They weren't just staff; they were our personal concierges, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring every need was anticipated and exceeded.
Relaxation was effortless. We enjoyed in-room massages on a whim, and the resort seamlessly arranged our unforgettable private tour of the island. Plus, the reliable Wi-Fi allowed us to unwind with texting, FT, and movies on Netflix in the comfort of our room.

Absolutely delighted with our stay at Siago! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest staff who went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was nothing short of perfect. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The cleanliness and comfort level of the accommodations are impeccable, making it a true home away from home.
The hotel's location couldn't be more ideal, situated right on the beach, allowing for easy access to the sand and sea at any time of day. Whether we wanted to soak up the sun during the day or take a peaceful evening stroll along the shore, it was all right at our fingertips.
Dining at the hotel was another highlight, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. Breakfast is scrumptious and crafted with care, featuring fresh, local ingredients. Special mention to Majal who, since minute one learnt our names and make us to feel among friends. She is so accommodating and amazing.
What sets Siago apart, though, is its attentive and friendly staff. Every request was met with a smile, and they were always on hand to offer recommendations for activities and sights in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Second time we stayed at Siago and the staff are like family to us. Rooms are nice and clean and very well laid out. Food is amazing as well. Beach has white soft sand and swimming can only be done during high tide which is fine. We will be back soon!

The boutique feel of the hotel means that it isn't very crowded.
It has the feel of a 5-star hotel, at definitely more affordable prices than that.
Wi-Fi in our Room (Room 7) didn't work the whole time we were there, so that's something they could work on.
Beach access means that you can wade into the water anytime, aside from the small pool inside the resort.
Will visit again!
