I have had the pleasure of staying at Apsaras for the second time, and I absolutely adore this place. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and security, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning in the rooms is exceptional, which is particularly crucial on this island where power interruptions are frequent. Additionally, it is hassle-free to request an early or late check-out, as long as a room is available.

Nice frontal see views but the beach is unusable in low tide (very rocky bottom). Poor construction quality, very unreliable electricity and non-working air conditioning that turns sleeping into a sauna experience. Breakfast is abundant but poor quality (no milk, juice is like soluble powder). Ugly small pool. I thought I read they had bikes to borrow but that’s not the case. Staff are kind.

The resort is a perfect place if you are after an island vibe as it offers an ocean view of the pacific. It is also a great location for it is walking distance from Cloud 9 and just a few minute tricycle ride from cafes and restaurants. ~You can borrow bicycles ~You can play volleyball with friends ~You can dip in the pool Also, the staff members are hospitable and friendly. I love having a little chat with them.

Let me start by saying that the room is clean and comfortable and provides everything you will need. However, it is to expensive for you actually get. Many other resorts for half the price, place amenities is average, pool looks uninviting, beach on rocks, breakfast is average and breakfast staff is very rude. If you call because you need anything forget it! You are going to Have to go ask for it yourself. Would I recommend it? Maybe if price was off 50% and breakfast got better as well as the staff attitude in the restaurant

Lovely hotel with such an island feel to it. The room was very clean and had a nice vibe to it. Bathroom was decent size with standing shower. Balcony was perfect for morning coffee. This hotel is also very eco friendly and gives you to keep a water bottle to use for your stay and to take home as there is next to no single use plastic on the property! Will be back and recommend for a week holiday!

Located on the ocean near some other resorts, about 10 mins by tricycle from Gen Luna and a walk to the Cloud 9 beach. Nice modern rooms, comfortable bed, decent pool, good TV channels, air con was fine. The more expensive ocean view room is worth paying the higher rate. Poor shower pressure with variable hot water, no wi-fi in rooms and the lobby wi-fi wasn’t great. Restaurant service was very slow and not good, eat elsewhere. I feel it should be better for the rate.

We stayed in deluxe garden view for 2 nights in this hotel and its definitely worth our money. This place is very luxurious with a very cheap price. The room was big and can accomodate more than 2 person. The bed was so comfy. The room was kept clean during our entire stay. The staff were generous enough to keep all the toiletries replaced whenever needed. Kudos to their proactiveness! The only downside of the hotel was the reception area. There were times that no one would answer your intercom call to any of the department that you need to talk to. (Housekeeping and Reception). Thier breakfast was ok. We were just a bit disappointed when we found out that they include chicken neck in their buffet fried chicken. One tip tho, try to book this hotel 1 to 2 weeks prior to your arrival as they would post cheaper price of the hotel. Use Agoda instead of their website.

PROS : *) beautiful modern design with a pool and ocean view . *) staff is extremely friendly , hospital , welcoming & smiley. *) rooms are beautiful and fully equipped, even a tea kettle. *) location is great!, just between general luna &cloud9. CONS : *) only separated beds. *) housekeeping is sloppy. *) breakfast is below average. *) restaurant is expensive and food is not always fresh, while some dishes are better to be avoided . *) the hotel has definitely too many rules- such as 10$ deposit for a towel to take outside, 14$ entrance for outside guest (even though the pool is always empty) , only one key for a room ,& so on... *) the overall prices of the hotel and the restaurant is expensive & above average. This is my own opinion, but I believe this is the owner’s fault and definitely not the staff’s, for they’re the ones that made our experience better. Even though we had great time here, I don’t think we will come back.

The ambience of the place is very relaxing and comfortable. It has his own beach front and access to the road. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. Room was spacious for 2 to 3 persons. They make their guests at home and provide things needed. The bed was so comfortable and relaxing to sleep in.
