Me and family stayed there for 3 nights. It's quite far from the beach and other tourist attractions. Staffs were friendly and they listen to our needs. They did not change the sheets and did not provide us replacement for towels. There was no heater and December is cold so the kids have to shower with cold water. You can heat water in the kitchen but with additional charge. There was no laundry area, so you have to out and find a laundry shop, which were closed while we were there. They don't have enough space for parking so you might park on the road. You can cook in their kitchen but with additional charge. Overall it was ok. Baler itself is a nice province. Sunrise Inn should find better ways to satisfy them to keep them coming back.

This place is in the heart of the tourist places to go to. It is clean and it has WiFi. The staff are friendly and you can talk to them anytime of the day. They offer food services and they can assist you in taking a ride to tourists places you want to go. They have parking areas if you have a car plus you can get a sound sleep because it is quiet and has a strategic location.

it is a very good, and clean hotel, the staff are friendly. we stayed in Baler last November. there are very clean rooms and really spacious. good hot water in our room, the cable and tv are good, the place is accessible to all, it is also very close to the market and the rest of the town. the price is cheap, compared to other hotels ive been to. which looks like a third-world hotel, but this one is brand new and cheapest in all of baler ive been to. i will come back definitely here. thank you to Sam the manager.

no cable - you have to go the dining area to be able to watch, no hot water for shower, restroom door lock broken, aircon is fixed to 25, they don't replaced towel and toiletries, our room is good for 6 adults but towels are for 4 only (we asked for 2 additional towels since they didn't replaced it on the 2nd day. initially, they asked us to pay for it but they eventually cancel the payment), they don't clean the room while you're checked-in. staff are nice, though. they have free coffee, free use of kitchen wares. no streetlights, or very few, on the road during night time.

This place is a classic example of you get what you pay for. It's cheap and clean. They got some minor stuff they need to work on and this place is surely a work in progress but their customer service is stellar. Kuya Sam and his staff are very courteous, helpful, kind and easy to talk to. If the selling point of some hotels in Baler is it's relatively near to the beach distance, Baler Sunrise Inn's should be it's staff. I can't wait to see the place fully finished and I'd like to be back soon!!!

We arrived earlier than the check in time, since we were all sleepy, my hubby called the Inn and ask if they could accommodate us this early and they said ok. (Plus points for this). Room was big and shower/toilet area was ok. Staff was nice, asks if we want something for breakfast since she will go the market. (Breakfast was not included in the booking). Location was around 5-10 minutes to sabang beach (depends on the traffic). For its price, it's kinda worth it. The room btw is good for 6 pax.

Also im giving assurance that i will go back.😀 Everything is worth it, and the rate will compromise with the place. Really enjoyed having vacation.😜
