Several hours from Manila, EASY Adventure welcomes you to The Conservatory, a sustainable, full-service campsite fronting a surfable beach and a palm-fringed river. Formerly a private retreat for city folks looking to just surf and sleep under the stars, we have developed our site to share with others what it truly means to unplug. Our days mean surfing the beachfront, swimming in the river, snacking by the mangroves, or napping on a hammock. Nights are spent amidst the presence of fireflies, enjoying the ocean breeze, or unwinding by a bonfire. A visit here includes well-appointed tents, warm meals, and a hospitable staff-inviting you toexperience why we fell in love with this spot-the simplicity of camping, now enhanced with the convenience of service.

I got to talk to Carmela (though tough to get immediate replies on AirBNB but when I got her number finally it was so easy) and she's fantastic in setting everything up. I am a nature lover and so is everyone who's joining me for some much awaited RnR. This place is enchanting! It was serene and away from the city buzz and traffic. Getting there in a sedan might give you a good scare since you'll go through a coconut forest and road condition is not at its best (really jungle type). Then viola, you're in this serene, peaceful place. The tents are well built and bathroom (scary at night to walk when you need to pee since it is pitch dark, you have rechargeable lamp which they will provide - one per tent and you'll see a gazillion of frogs)... What is glamcamp anyway without our lovely lizards, frogs and mosquitoes (must have 24 hr protection and OFF lotion is your best friend). The staff is so amazing - they're very attentive to our needs and always ready to help - my slippers broke and they took their own time to go out and buy me cute Php 65 rubber slippers. Oh but the biggest one for us is that our vegetarian friend hogged food and this is one of the firsts. It is difficult to feed vegetarians and they usually get bland and very soggy vege food but in Charlie's he had the best vegetarian food in Philippines. That's his statement and I can surely attest to that. We were serviced all the way to Sabang and introduced to surfing instructors who gave a good price for an hour of beginners training. Reality check it went even more than an hour and our instructors kept going and asked to be paid for an hour of tutoring us. Talk about customer service at its finest. They were friendly and we just really had a blast! Charlie's conservatory is a must place to go for peace and quiet... Away from everything including electricity. Go when it is in cooler temperature for sure but you must go and experience glamcamp! I will surely visit again (soon)!

The place is so relaxing. Ambiance can heal you, in any forms, heartbreaks or sickness. Fresh air and not crowded. Food is great and it is such a good place to escape from the city. Very hospitable staff and very approachable.

I've gone to Easy Adventure three times in the past two years. It's such a perfect place to stay in when you want to detox from the stress of city life. The food is always so good, and I'm a very picky eater. The tents, the bed and sheets are always clean when we arrive. The staff are also very helpful and nice. The view from the deck is AMAZING. Watching the sunrise from the deck is unreal. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away from the campsite. There's a nice bonfire at night. The beach is nice and private. I can't reiterate enough how much I love this place, it's perfect when you just want to relax, as everything is on the campsite. Since food is included in the rate, you don't have to stress about where to eat and what to eat. Your one and only responsibility is to relax.
Just the small OC in me comes out in regards to the shower though. They have very clean restrooms, but i've noticed that in the shower, the water comes out from wood and i just hope that it is cleaned once in a while, as moss tends to grow when there is constant water. I also saw a mushroom (?) growing on the side where the water comes out. But when I pointed it out, they were very quick to respond and remove it.
Other than that small thing, this place is amazing and perfect. Already planning another trip before the year ends!

I loved staying here since it gave me and my family a chance to escape the city and really enjoy nature. It was our first time in Baler and the experience made us fully immerse ourselves in the beauty that the area had to offer.
Would definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!

Our stay in the camp was great. We had a good experience simply lounging around in the deck, chilling with the other guest by the campfire, watching fireflies at night and enjoying the daily walk by the beach. The place was clean and well maintained. The staff were all nice, polite and very helpful. The food was delicious. The place is ideal for spending quality / down-time with the family.

I was here for 3d2n primarily for GRID Travel photography workshop. I love how this place was able to mix the adventures of camping out and the comforts of a staycation.
Just to name a few of my observations:
> The place is amazingly beautiful, and though it's not technically beachfront because you have to walk a few minutes to get to the shore, the beach area seems isolated, because every one was in Sabang. I was able to sunbathe by myself, on a Sunday. There are a few fishermen who come and go, but not too many to ruin your own privacy.
> The tent rooms are really spacious and had really comfortable beds. There's also a lamp which is really helpful esp at night. It can get really hot in the afternoon though, because I noticed there aren't too many trees / the tent wasn't facing the wind direction so it's not advisable to stay in and take a quick nap (maybe unless it's raining)
>Everything we ate was good. I don't really eat rice that much, but I had rice meals 3x a day and didn't regret it. The dining area was hot though and lacks some good ventilation. Probably the roof being really low.
> It was a bit of a challenge to take shower because the shower room only had a bamboo curtain door and no lock. They advised that I wear bikini while bathing, so it's up to you if you wanna risk going on full nude. :)
> Frogs on the ground at night. Bring a lamp with you because it's highly likely that you'll step on one. Lol. I hate frogs.
> Mosquitoes in the other tents as reported by a teammate. Ours didn't have any mosquito problem, but I had to believe my teammate upon seeing he's got so many bug bites. This happened despite slathering on a good amount of OFF lotion. I was informed that the area where their tent was located was still underdeveloped, so it could've been a factor. Make sure you ask this with Easy Adventure.
> There's beer and bonfire. What else would you need? :)
> Really warm and attentive staff. Ask and you shall receive (as long as they have it).:)
