A bit disappointed. If you know how to get a right angle to take a photo then you can create a beautiful image (like what i did ) But in reality the place was so annoying. You can’t enjoy the beach coz of sharp stone and some stuff in the sand. The pool looks great but it’s a bit dirty. No restaurant nearby. No wifi. You can’t cook. But the 2 person incharge in that place you can ask them to cook for you but you are the one who needs to buy everything that you need for cooking the market is very far from the resort. Maximum 1hr before you reached the market. The great about this place is the mini waterfalls, the mountain ,the rock formation, & ermita hills nearby.

It is perfect for family looking a place to relax and escape the noisy happenings round town. It's far from the busy town and sabang beach of Baler. Staffs are very kind and accommodating. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The overall resort is just fantastic. We'll surely get back. I am in love with La Aniao.

After a long trip from Manila and a long day of sight seeing Baler tourist spots, this is the perfect place to relax. The rooms were neat and clean. The view were amazing. We had a nice family bonding. I wish to go there again with my friends.

The place was away from the popular places in baler so if you wanted some peace and just get away from the hussle of the city this is the place to stay. They have the most accomodating staff from answering our inquiries to checking out. mr. Lorence was so welcoming and even gave us free water during our stay. The pool and the veiw was just amazing, we only wished we could stay there forever 👍

The place is 15mins away from town center and Sabang Beach so it cost 150php for 1 tricycle to bring us there. However, it was the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy nature. You can have meals, coffee or beer by the pool and beach, with the waves and stars as backdrop. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. We brought food from town proper that they helped us heat and prepare. The room and CR were clean and well maintained. Though they experienced power interruption while we were there, they had the generator ready so there was no hassle at all. Would definitely want to go back.

A perfect place for a fambam getaway! Serene... Relaxing... Clean. Warm welcome from its owner Mr. Lawrence, very friendly and hospitable; and its staff Joseph and wifey both very courteous and accommodating. La Aniao is a must see resort in Baler and worth the long hours of travel. Overall, it's a pleasant stay. Keep it up!

Our biggest mistake is not booking sooner or booking a longer stay. The quiet resort's off the beaten path location reminds you that part of Baler's charm is in it's rugged isolation. We booked the entire resort for our group and Kuya Joseph & his wife made sure we had a comfortable stay. Special thanks also to Ms. Mia Flores who entertained all our queries and assisted us in booking the resort. Rest up from the long road trip then take a 2km. / 2 hour uphill hike to the lighthouse or enjoy a swim in the pool or the rocky beach. My only suggestion is that they change the pool water more often since they use water from a nearby spring / waterfall and as such, has a tendency to look like the pool is not being cleaned.

This is where you want to be after a long day of surfing. we had the resort to our group of 5 families and friends. the owner i am so sorry i forgot the name, was very very accomodating extended every help they can. we didn't bring water for some reason, perhaps it's our first time to go surfing and forgot all about it. they provided a 5 gallon water dispenser for 35PESOS!!! softdrinks were at 50PESOS with free ice cubes. if your family/group is on a tight budget and you want a place just for yourselves, then don't think twice and book this place!
