We really had a great time on this place.. its like a home away from home. My friends and I were so delighted how we were treated and the staff they are very polite and accomodating. Ms. Lilian and her staff make sure we are comfortable and we have all our needs. Highly recommended and will surely comeback to this place. 5 to 10 min walk from the beach.

the house was very clean all you needed for cooking was there (utensils, stove, ref, etc.) its really like youre at home you can cook. you can do anything you want. but, they have house rule no smoking inside the house and dont change the location of the furniture. the care takers was very accommodating. all room are air conditioned.

my suggestion. request for supply of mineral water so that you will go to the main house to get a pitcher of water.

Since it's summer and definitely a peak season, you can expect a lot of tourist. Fortunately our travel agent booked us ahead of time and we were able to get a good transient house just one block near the beach.

The room is clean although the toilet and bath is small. The beds are spacious and we were able to fit in just one bedroom. No free towels or soap just linen and a pillow so don't forget to bring your own.The air-conditioning is good and the TV has cable. We only stayed overnight but we were able to maximize our stay. They have clean kitchen and complete utensils that you can use for free if you decided to cook your own food to save money and be able to eat the food you really like. The house is along the main street very convenient and with so many small stores and groceries that you can buy anything you need from dry to wet goods.

We are in team building w/ a group of 75 people. We were at all 5 houses and found to be a home away from home. Brand new houses and fully furnished. secured parking spaces and with standby generators. The amenities are all fine. strong water and the couple are too good to assist us. 3 minute walk at beach front. Truly we enjoyed the place. Very practical for big groups. They even made a food packages for us in cheap but delicious food ( unli rice) 2 viands.

We stayed at transient A which is a big house with 4 airconditioned rooms each with its own toilet and shower. Our room can accommodate 6people (there's a double deck and a separate mattress, each can accommodate 2 people). I was only able to see the rooms downstairs and they look the same to me, but my colleagues say that the rooms on the upper floor does not have a double deck but instead a pullout bed but can still accommodate 5-6people. We were a group of 22 btw :D
What i loved about this place are:
-videoke rental for Php500 for our entire overnight stay
-3-5mins walk to the beach and nearby restaurants
-hangers available outside where we can hang our clothes
-good cable reception for tv

Downsides:
-no hot and cold shower
-restroom is too small and hanging of towels and clothes is a challenge and no good place for toiletries
-weak mobile data connection (experienced this not just in this place but almost anywhere in baler) and no wifi
-unable to send sms inside the room. Need to go outside if you want to send text messages

Generally a good place to stay for the night after a long day of strolling around the province and doing outdoor activities.
