The hotel room is really big and is perfect for our toddler. Baby bed was available. We have a kitchen and it was perfect. However, the blinds are rather dangerous for small kids. Do not leave your kids unattended. Even the railings in the balcony is really not child friendly.

Most memorable Wedding Anniversary ! They prepared a cake for us and timely it was my husband s Birthday too ! Thank you for the thoughtfulness, the staff was as usual very attentive, polite, courteous. Food was great, we enjoyed the quiet garden-balcony. I was relieved that there were NO pets roaming around ( once there was a scary black stray dog). BF was generously filling. We kept returning because the staff is like Family. We even enjoyed the Night-movies with POPCORN ! (Next time--Sorbetes for summer) ! Our roomTV got busted- Replacement came in a jiffy ! The Drivers were most helpful in bringiing us to market. Thank you for a memorable occasion !

Great overall experience(staff, room, pool, resto security, food, ambiance, wifi). Amazing view of the sunrise, sea and mountains. Locals are welcoming and courteous. Directions to the hotel via Waze is accurate.

1. I dis not expect Rina of Front desk to text me informing me that the driver who will pick us is already in the Bus terminal. Kudos and Keep it up! 2. Lovely of Housekeeping and her team ( Kaye and Ella ) are very accommodating and very attentive to all our request/needs. Kudos and keep it up! 3. Hao of Beach House exceeded his service to us 4. Costa Pacifaca rooms and the whole Costa Pacifica needs total renovation/refurbishment to look it better to the guests

1) People: We were 4 families in this 3-day visit. I believe the gentleman intentionally looked for at least one person in our group to connect with while checking in the lobby and I happened to be the one he picked. He is the hotel operations manager. I instantly got first hand information about the hotel accomodations. Staffs are friendly,helpful and accomodating. 2) Perks: 2.1 Breakfast comes in 5 star comfort foods and drinks. Do not miss the famous red fancy suman(choice of coco jam or locally made peanut butter dip) of Baler during breakfast! Dining area is inside and outside. The beach scenery and the noise of ocean waves get into your senses if you choose to dine outside. 2.2 Pool: swimming pool is situated right outside the dining area. 2.3) Surfing: The beach is great for surfing. Non-surfers can avail surfing lesson from accredited surfing instructors who nest along the seashore. 3) Place & Weather: The resort vicinity is orderly, peaceful, clean, smells good and safe. The weather is generally unpredictable from time to time. Searched for a top-tier resort in Baler though there are some other affordable places to stay, however, we traveled from Metro Manila and every penny is worth it! We arrived with welcome drinks! We arrived last Dec 17, 2022 and booked 1 premier and a regular room till Dec 19. Both rooms are quite spacious and clean. The food was nice but costly compare to other restaurants surrounding the hotel. The staff were friendly and very polite. Just be careful at the stairs in the pool during night as it hard too see and might bump your knee when swimming. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Sprectacular getaway for our mini family reunion. A gem of a beach side resort that boasts a big pool and garden areas to chill. Superb service from the team from check in until our departure. Special thanks to Henry, Julius, Marinel, Yong and Norly + all the others that just attended to all our families needs. Accommodating to peculiar requests from our big group. Excellent spread for bfast with the longganisa and the suman a must-have. The all-day resto also had a good variety of options. Definitely recommend this place. Did i mention the amazing sunrise you can capture?

We went there to eat lunch when we just arrived in Baler. The restaurant was not even half full and 4 of us ordered Carbonara, After 1 hour 2 of our carbonaras were served, and after 1,5 hours all of us had our carbonara. What I don't understand is that when 4 of us ordered the same food, a pasta that should only take maximum of 10-15 minutes to make took 1,5 hours and not served at the same time. And it was not even tasty.

Not only did they honor and welcome Pre-Pandemic reservations, Warmest welcome awaited us. ( Angel/Jay/and a lot more lovely smiles at Reception. Driver for Shuttle were most polite, including Manong who calls them over. Food at Beach Front was great-served Very Hygienically and Yummy -I just dont want to keep on transferring rooms because we extended our stay. i hope they fix the beach front it is dirty
