A good friend was kind & generous enough to tell us about her experience at Kahanamoku and take us with her on her second trip. After staying at this quaint B&B, I completely understand why she was raving about this place. It’s off the Sabang strip which is fantastic because it is devoid of the crowd. While it’s about 10-15 minutes away from the town proper, we didn’t mind the short trip to the town to grab lunch or dinner because the view during the drive’s fantastic. Make sure to roll your windows down to enjoy the clean and fresh breeze from Cemento beach. The location’s quite strategic, I must say, as it is near Cemento and Diguisit beach which are both less crowded while Dinadiawan is about 90-120 minutes away. We are huge fans of less crowded beaches and we thoroughly

My family and I had a great time first time in Baler and huge part of that was cause of the great stay we had in Kahanamoku, We arrived really early morning of Nov 13 and I assume the owner, Jessal, was the one who assisted and welcomed us. We had to wait a bit as our rooms were being prepared, but completely understandable since we were there at 6am. The rooms exceeded my expectations and definitely above average for a B&B. Sheets, pillows, and bed were comfy, towels are nice, bathroom is spacious, a bidet is available, and the Premier Suite even had a mini balcony. My only two complaints was that the shower in the 2nd floor (where I stayed) was very weak as compared to the ones in the G/F and that the said room type still had no cable despite having a TV installed. Other than

Staying at Kahanamoku bed and breakfast was an absolutely sensational experience. Set in the blissful surrounds of mountain, jungle and ocean, Kahanamoku is the perfect place to stay if you want to get away from it all. The rooms are amazing. Much thought was put into the small details of decor. You can see that a lot of inspiration and decorative pieces came from the couple's surf travels. Organic soap and shampoo is provided. And the bed, pillows and duvet is to die for! If you're not into yoga... you will be once you experience the yoga deck with the amazing mountain jungle back drop. Your sun salutation will never be the same, as you rise and inhale the fresh mangrove and Pacific Ocean air. Breakfast is included with your accommodation and it is a culinary delight! The

Had a terrible time at Surf House Baler (see previous review) and made a quick call to this place. Mrs. Ramos, the owner, promptly answered the phone and accommodated my request to check in at 10am. When we got there, she made sure our room was ready and offered breakfast. They didn't make us wait til noon, which ia typical in the P.I. The room was clean. Simple. Had everything one would need for a trip like this. Tastefully designed. Jessal rents out his motorcycles - I missed out on renting one but will probably do it the next time I'm here. Fantastic service over all. Will i come back? Yep. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely.
