Most decent hostel in Baler

Had a solo mototour on Luson. I arrived to Baler after sunset with no plans an a place to stay. Stopped at the beach and as soon as i took off my helmet i was talking to a dutch guy. Asked him where i can find a decent dinner and he said they live at this place and its an italian cuisine day) very friendly owner, some surf activities options, clean and a very fun place to live. Met some awesome people and had excellent evenings dining in together in a big company. Also the owner was very nice to let me park my motorcycle inside safely locked behind the gates of a boards storage place. A very good price as well

Best SURF place in Baler

This will be the best place that you can find in Baler. Its cozy, welcoming, relaxing and inclusive and staff is extremely friendly. You will find good steady surf at a 5 min walk to the beach or alternatively you can take a cheap tricycle and explore Charlie’s point (Apocalypse now) or Cemento at a 20 min ride away. I have been enjoying my breakfasts here a lot (!) and most of the nights the owner Harriet is organizing cool events such as a bbq, bonfire on the beach or surf trips and otherwise there will probably be a music jamming session somewhere in or around the hostel with the locals. These guys play good! Even without this though the place is great and you may want to stay a little bit longer than originally planned. It goes without saying that I would recommend anyone staying here (young and old) but if in doubt, just reach out to Harriet or Sarah and ask for more information. Rob…

Great stay, friendly locals and good food!

Can't complain for the price with everything I needed for my stay in Baler. Food was good with one meal a day included. Surfboard hire available and if you need anything else they're here to help. Just a stroll from the beach with great surf!
