Some of the staff was very talkative, polite and informative. The rooms were clean and the view was nice.

Internet sometimes worked and sometimes did not. We had no problem with this. There were no hot water in the shower - since we already knew that this was the case we had no problem with that either.

The breakfast was served without asking us about our preferences. We were both served coffee with milk (3-in-1), since I'm lactose intolerant I couldn't drink it and my gf do not drink coffee. She was given some chocolate instead when she asked for it - all good.

Overall a good stay - the only two real negatives:

1. Roosters that made noise during all night - we had a hard time sleeping.

2. Our room were right next to the reception and one of the night staff were chatting on her phone with audio signal enabled.

The room, bed, closet, bathroom, reception area, anywhere you name it, are very clean. We got a family room good for 4, but you can avail their additional bed for an additional person for 200. The room cost us 2500 per night. They also have bean bags along the shore for their customers to enjoy stargazing. Highly recommended :)

Average Resort with reasonable rates. Night life is a stone throw away. Very nice white sand beach. Rooms are okay and resort staff are accomodating. No restaurant but offers free breakfast. Silent and tranquil location.

My boyfriend and I arrived November 19, 2017. He was excited to see what Camotes has to offer. He read about Santiago White Beach and decided to stay at Aizawa Beach Resort since its location is far away from the other resort. Upon checking in the lady stationed on the front desk didn't know what to do so she called someone. Apparently they don't have the list of the guest that booked thru Travelocity. But they let us check in. After we settled in our room we decided to walk around. When we came back the lady told us that they do not have the confirmation and basically she was telling me that we have to pay in cash. My boyfriend told me its OK but I did not agree and told her to check again. Finally, she told us that they found our reservation. Although the staff are pretty nice and polite but they need to train their staff the BASICS. The room is average for me it is clean. AC is OK. Funny thing is the house rules they impose I think its rule #11 which says something about using a phone (landline) which in reality they don't even have one. Also there is no wifi. when I ask for the wifi password they gave me the portable wifi which we were not able to use. Also, they need to clean their beach front. If you're looking for the pristine white beach you wont find it

The rooms are average to below average. Some of the toilets don't have seats in it (this was one of the room toilet we used). When we checked in we weren't told that they don't have running water so when we found out and asked. We were told that it will be back at 4pm same day but we didn't have running water during our overnight stay at all. They didn't even took the initiative to provide us water, my family have to asked for it. They apologized but I honestly asked for a refund( maybe at least 50%). I wasn't given, so I insisted for free breakfast the least they can do which they did. The hotel location is perfect and the place has its potential but poor system put it down.

It was quite good for the price we paid - 1,500php. Overall, the room was clean most especially the bathroom but the water coming from the shower and the faucet was salty making it difficult to use tap water in brushing your teeth, you can still bathe fine the water does'nt feel sticky but it's still salty (much like sea water) Customer service wise from a 1-5 scale 1 being the lowest & 5 the highest i'd rate it 3
2. Told them there's no wifi signal and the guy wasn't able to attend to my request first hand. Be prepared for black outs at the island also. The hotel has a generator but the electricity still died. Best part of our stay: The sea is just overlooking the hotel!
