I had my wedding photo session at Regal heights hotel this week. If you're looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway, Regal Heights hotel in Egypt is an excellent choice. From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted with warm smiles and attentive service from the friendly staff. One of the highlights of this hotel is the high-quality rooms, which are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable and the linens are crisp and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. Speaking of cleanliness, the hotel is immaculate throughout, with a meticulous housekeeping team who keep everything spotless. Absolutely fantastic hotel! This is my second time to stay on the north coast, and the location of this hotel right on the beach is perfect. The colour of the water and the sand are unreal! The staff could not do enough for us, from arrival, the reception (especially Caroline), porters, valet, and serving staff. They offered to drive us in golf carts to the mall, beach etc although they’re all next door! We came with our son who’s a toddler, and they were extremely friendly and didn’t mind him roaming a bit, there’s also a kids play room. The indoor pool was also really warm, which meant we could stay there for a long time and not be cold, it was so hard to leave! The breakfast was fab, a lot of tasty options and I recommend the freshly made falafel and omelette. We paid extra for the panorama room, which was worth it and had a wrap around corner view which we loved, watching the waves during the day and the lights in the evening. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the electric curtains! Would love to come back, especially when it comes into the holiday season. Thank you Regal Heights!

Pros: The view from the room is breathtaking The beach is awesome We really liked the quietness of this hotel
The service is really good, almost everyone is very nice and friendly. People at the dining restaurant are the best!
The food selection is really nice and tasty, different everyday. You can find anything you want, be it Egyptian delicacies or a burger with fries. We would definitely recommend Lasagna at dinner, and Kunafa dessert, they are the best!
Also Would like to note that Emad cleaned the rooms amazingly and was very nice to us.
Cons: we didn’t understand the limit of connected devices for the internet. Me and my husband both needed to work from computers but we couldn’t connect because of this rule.
No coffee machine at breakfast, only american coffee and instant coffee in the hotel room seems a bit unmatchy to the level of this hotel
We really like having ice cream during our vacations and even though there were some ice cream displays in the hotel, usually there were very few tastes or no ice cream at all
No maps of the hotel and weak navigation throughout the hotel: it seemed like the hotel didn’t want us to know about every location of the hotel, it was really hard for us to find anything (like spa or the infinity pool), and the shortcut entrance to the mall, which we actually still haven’t found.
We didn’t like the Elkhedewy restaurant, I believe the meat was good quality but the way it was cooked was very bad, it was very dry and too well-done. When we told the waiter about it he just ignored us ( or I think he didn’t even understand us)
The daily programme says they have waterpolo and evening animation everyday but we haven’t seen any of it
There’s not much to do outside the hotel, as everything is still only opening
To sum it all, the hotel is really nice but we would only come back when it’s more developed

Improved Text: The hotel is indeed located on one of Egypt's most stunning beaches. A true five-star establishment, it fully deserves its rating. Check-in was a breeze, and our room in Tower 1—the most convenient location for its proximity to amenities, pools, and the beach—was immaculate. The bed was comfortable, though the cupboard's hanging rail might be a bit high for shorter guests. While the bathroom was modern, it felt a tad small for such a luxurious hotel. The beach was simply breathtaking, with its pristine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, but we found the restaurant prices to be on the higher side. A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Abdelkader, who ensured our room (1803) was always spotless and fresh. We were grateful to learn that after accidentally leaving our wallet behind, Abdelkader's honesty led to its safe return. We had a beautiful time at this hotel

We stayed in Rixos Premium Alamein in June 2024. Everything was more than amazing, hotel, beach, sea. Hotel is modern and beautiful, apartments are spacious with the incredible view. The beach is big with the white sand and the sea is turquoise blue. Food was delicious. Staff was great and kind. The only complaint is the snack bar by the pool where we waited our food for too long. Advice to use bottled water for drink and brushing teeth, and avoid food washed with tap water which is what we did and we didn't have any stomach problems. They call this coast the Egyptian Maldives for a reason. See you again Rixos Premium Alamein !

Rixox Premium Alamein became one of my favourite destinations all over the world, the beach is very beautiful, the view from the rooms is magnificient, the food in all restaurants are very delicious and all varities and kind of foods are available, the premium location of the hotel is one of the best advantages. all people and stuff are very helpul. i have to thank Mr Attia Mohamed the director of Revenue and Jihan Mohamed Guest relation, they helped us much more than expected and upgraded our room to deluxe suite, thanks to all stuff who made our holiday memorable.

Wonderful holiday, great service, friendly staff. The rooms are spacious with a good bed. The restaurant has a great selection for everyone. Too bad the internet doesn't work on the beach. The beach has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, the waiters will bring you anything. Bars and restaurants are not crowded, you are a modern 5* hotel. A message to the hotel management, you have a beautiful sea, a nice hotel, good services, but if you do not ensure the cleanliness of the beach, butts, lids, pet bottles and others, people will not come back to you. Daily cleaning of the beach must be ensured so that there is no dirt in the sea. I think this is the main problem to be TOP. You have a great gift, a good place, sun and clear sea, so please work on it and don't spoil it. We liked your place, we didn't miss anything, but since we travel a lot, we are compared. You have great chefs, smiling staff, so we're keeping our fingers crossed that everything goes well.

The worst experience i ever had! The check in took 4 hours even tho we came at the check-in time that was stated. The rooms were not ready until 5 p.m. The service was ridiculous, we asked for a bottle of white wine with our dinner , then had to ask for the wine again after our food had already been served. They went to get it and 15 minutes later they come to say they don't have the bottle we asked for so they brought red wine. We said we wanted white its fine we don't want it anymore because our dinner was already done. They then brought us the wine we asked for the in the first place after saying they don't have it. How is that even possible? The food mediocre at best , not a five star hotel experience. Ordering a drink takes a stupid amount of time and you have to call the servers twice or more to get one bottle of water. Plus you have to pay extra for drinks even tho the hotel costs 500+ dollars a night. And none of the listed activities were there. Yoga? Animation? Nothing! And as if the check in wasn't ridiculous enough, the checkout also took 2 hours. They wanted us to pay an extra amount for our rooms because the price changed from when we had booked it. All in all i would never recommend this place to anyone who wants to actually enjoy a vacation.
