Arrived here without a booking on a trip through France to Spain. Receptionist was great and a room was quickly found although quoted us 10 euros higher than online until we queried it. If that had not happened we would have given it 5 stars. The room was exceptional for the price. Good selection of restaurants at the shopping centre opposite and parking right outside the hotel.
Unfortunately we had a real problem finding this hotel and ended up being directed into the middle of Pamplona, but when we finally arrived the booking in was quick and easy and the rooms were comfortable and clean with a good size bathroom and a strong shower with plenty of hot water. The snack bar was very good as was the restaurant and they were both well priced. Parking was free, and as well as parking outside they also have a free underground secure parking accessed from the side of the hotel. Although this hotel is not in Pamplona, a No.11 bus runs from opposite the hotel every 20 minutes and takes you to the centre of town near the bullring, where you can walk the route of the bull run. Now that we know where this hotel is we would have no hesitation is using it again.
Hubby and I stayed one night here as the location was perfect for breaking up our long journey from Brittany to Alicante. We didn’t have dinner as we had our dog with us and he wouldn’t settle in the room. The room was pleasant and comfortable, but the walls were very thin and we were really worried about our dog disturbing other guests. Breakfast was included in the price, a nice surprise. There was a good choice of fruit, meats cheeses and pastries, perfect!
Good location, only 15 min. by bus to the center. Clean and comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast. Staff is most helpful, friendly and warm, We asked for a help to book the tickets to the theater, is was a little bit complicate, but we got every help we needed.
Check-in was quick, and the staff were very friendly on all shifts. The hotel has two fairly swift lifts. Our room was compact and clean. The bed was comfortable and had all non-feather pillows--great for allergy sufferers! There was a power outlet at each nightstand--perfect for charging phones and devices at beside. The room had a minibar, coffeemaker, and a safe. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo that, unfortunately, had mold in the tile grout and along the seams--housekeeping needs to give that a good scrubbing. The shower water pressure was decent and the hot water stayed hot. The towels were large and luxurious. The counter was huge--plenty of room for toiletries. There was a wall-mounted hairdryer and a magnifying mirror--always a great bonus! The free WiFi was strong! Parking was free in the large lot, but the hotel also has a garage. I would stay here again.…
