The Seehotel Waldstätterhof is right at Lake Lucerne, with gorgeous views from the rooms (if you have lake view). Our stay here was pleasant even during Covid-times and we felt very good with the measures that were taken by the hotel. Their swimming and sunbathing area at the lake is small, but really nice. Overall a good hotel for a stay at Lake Lucerne.

We stayed in this hotel during our train trip in Switzerland. The hotel has a fantastic location right by a lake surrounded by mountains: an indescribable view of the mountains and lake! The room was nice, with good space: nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The restaurant in the hotel offers outdoor service in season. Everything you could want, and good quality. The staff was friendly and speak English. Very pleasant. It is a very unique experience in Switzerland

Waldstaetterhof has the most stunning view of the Vierwaldstättersee surrounded by the mountains. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautyful, spacious rooms with confortable bed. The spa is clean and modern, good amenities. The breakfast is incredible too, nothing's missing. Couldn't get anything better for this price, definitely recommend!

Amazing evening. Fantastic buffet food. Music and dancing with live band throughout the evening and superb fireworks over Lake Lucerne. Very comfortable rooms and attentive, friendly staff. Right on the lakeside so short walks on the lakeside path and to the local village. One of my favourite hotels in Switzerland.

Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we’ve been to in the world, and we’re hard to please. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The spa, mini bar and mountain bikes were all included in the price. We forgot some items in the room and then the hotel mailed them to us ! Amazing !!

The Staff are so friendly and helpful. They were able to store our baggage until the room was ready. Thier outdoor cafe overlooks Lake Lucerne and they offer English menus. the staff are first rate. Then you get your room,,, Amazing. Very spacious and the view from your patio is non-stop beauty. The location is easy access to the train station, many restaurants. there are a lot of excursions on the lake available. Did I mention the view from your balcony?

Pricy but with the view and services it's worthwhile for a few nights. Restaurant dinner and breakfast offer various choices at a high level. We had a Föhn and windy day, perfect from our balcony to encounter this powerful event.

We stayed here four nights. Everything about this stay was perfect. The balcony room faced the lake was large and comfortable. The complimentary mini fridge was restocked each day. The breakfast was the best with many choices including omelettes if desired. We ate in the restaurant one night. Service and the meal were very good. Overall, a very nice way to start our stay in Switzerland

I have spent here 3 nights and 4 days for a leadership seminar. The hotel is perfectly located at the Vierwaldstätter See. Walking distance from the railway station is less than 1 km. Hotel has excellent seminar rooms and a good service mentality. Hotel rooms are well-maintained, a bit too traditional nterior for my taste.
