Excited to come home and wanting to stay in a nice place near the beach but found not only cockroaches but mosquitos everywhere. Wished they do something about it like a mosquito repellent and some fumigation perhaps. Stayed up almost all night but transferred to another hotel downtown the following day. On the side note, breakfast was good.

Very poor customer service. Headed to cdo to spend the new year with family to our surprise and Very Shocked to know The room reservations were cancelled the night we arrived after confirming it 2 days before date of arrival. Frontdesk staff didnt even apologize, even after knowing it was their mistake and i told him pa, we travelled almost 12 hours, wala konsensya, kahit sorry nlng or whatever.. Buti nalang merong available rooms sa other hotel at downtown cdo.

We stayed here on our honeymoon before heading back to her city. It was a large room with all the amenities, very clean and very comfortable bed. We were right beside the beach and it also had a pool. We had breakfast at their restaurant and it was also very good. I would stay here again. No problems, just enjoyed!

Room Tip: Our pool had a view of the pool. I think most of them do since the pool is surrounded by the hotel.

We are glad that Apple Tree would want to partner with us for our Digital/Multimedia programs. And indeed, they have pretty decent buildings and amenities. Except that, security and office staff insisted we could not bring in the food we ordered from outside. With that kind of inconsiderate manner and policy, we doubt we could partner with them again. The room is simply the worst. Room 209. The door knob keeps you locked inside. It has an electric thermos but no outlets. The shower head is moldy. The toilet bowl looks like its been there since the '80s. The pillows smells like it hasn't been replaced for a long long long time. I wont even give it a 0 star for a hotel.
