Hotel Reseda is recognized by many for its cleanliness and convenient access to public transport and shopping, factors that contribute to its affordability. However, opinions diverge when it comes to the rooms, which are often described as small and sometimes plagued by maintenance issues, yet they are noted for being diligently cleaned. The amenities draw mixed reviews, with outdated bathrooms and a lack of in-room conveniences contrasting with its location perks. Service experiences are inconsistent, with reports of both friendly and unprofessional staff encounters.

I was staying in Paris for the final stage of the Tour de France and this hotel was perfect for my needs.

The location was ideal, if you're on a budget and flying into CDG, you can get to the hotel in about an hour for the price of 1x T+ ticket (about €1.90) on the 351 bus from terminal 3, just get off around the corner from the hotel at Gallieni, which is also where the Metro station is that will take you into Paris in about 20/30 mins. Nearby are various restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets.

The staff were all accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much of an ask. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from and decent quality coffee and pastries.

While the room was small, it wasn't as bad as some other reviewers have described. My only ask would have been to include a small desk or working surface, I had to use my laptop and eat a takeaway on the bed which wasn't ideal. Everything was clean and relatively well kept (the toilet was loose from the wall and one of the bathroom door hinges was broken, maintenance could do with a quick run around the rooms with a screwdriver at some point to make it perfect). I had one of the best night's sleep in a hotel at Reseda, however, so was happy overall.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Reseda and will more than likely be making a return trip in the future.

Location of the hotel is really great. Close to metro and shopping malls

I had to come to reception in the morning around 6:30 to collect soap and toilet papers, because staff rejected to hand over them. Soap was not refilled.

No internet!!! for all three days which I was staying

Large, modern hotel in an ideal location for city travelers and with a reasonable price for Paris.
The rooms are furnished in "IBIS style", have a modern bathroom and air conditioning.
Everything a tourist might need, metro station (2 min), shopping center + bus station (2 min) or various restaurants at Place Mandela (5 min) is available.
The cheap (10 €) parking lot is right next to the entrance.
We had breakfast in the surrounding restaurants.

Found this hotel by luck and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there with friendly and helpful staff. It is about 3 minutes walk to the Metro station and located in zone 2 of the public transport map. The price was very reasonable and many places to shop and eat there - there is a McDonalds, Keban (kebabs), Melting Pot (fusion canteen), street food van right next to hotel called La Rotisserie Du Coin, and a big Auchan hypermarket which is awesome. I liked the hotel name which for me is a reference to Karate Kid/Cobra Kai. Metro to central Paris was very easy and convenient and we mostly just bought the Mobilis one day travel pass for zones 1+2 for 7.50 Euros. Also it is nearby 1 Metro stop away from the final resting place of The Door's Jim Morrison which I didn't know about and didn't get a chance to visit as I accidently found it on Google Maps on my last day during checking out of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is far from the city center but very close to a metro station.
There is a shopping center right next to it.

Direct bus line from the CDG airport stopes close to the hotel.

The room is extremely small and the bathroom is pre-fab, made from plastic, not much bigger than a plane bathroom.
Only a soap dispenser available in the bathroom, no other amenities.

No fridge in the room.

Breakfast is very poor, with very limited and bad quality options. (No vegetables at all!).
Dirty tables at breakfast time - staff insufficient to promptly clean them after use.

Would not go again and would definitely not recommend.

What an absolute dive. We came to Paris for a romantic weekend. The hotel is miles away from the centre and in an awful place, next to the motorway and very rough. When we checked in they took €90 from us as a ‘guarantee’ incase we smoked or damaged anything. The room itself was tiny. The bed was very low to the floor with only 2 pillow given. No fridge, no drink making facilities and no safe for our belongings. The wardrobe was ridiculous, if we hung our belongings on it you wouldn’t be able to see the tv. Only one towel given for a couple. The bathroom was so small you could use the toilet and wash your hair at the same time. I went to reception around 8pm the night we checked in to ask for 2 more pillows only to be given 1 and told that’s all they had. I paid 10 cents for a cup of hot water out the machine in the lobby and the water came out BROWN. The aircon did not go any lower than 19 degrees so we were red hot through the night, couldn’t open the window because we were next to the motorway and there was constant beeping from passing cars. When we woke up in the morning we both felt very itchy from the bed. We were supposed to be staying for 3 nights but checked out after 1 and came home on the Eurostar early. When we checked out we were informed the guarantee would be automatically refunded by 2pm however 24 hours later we are still waiting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be putting a complaint in to love holidays.

Stayed in this hotel numerous number of times over the years. It is a great value for money and the location is spot on whether you want to be in or out of Paris. To note that the on-site parking is a bonus if you have an expensive car.

The room for 2 adults and 1 child was very small, but for the price it was worth it. Very close to the subway made a big difference. Excellent concierge staff and breakfast. Daily cleaning was OK, but the cleaning after changing guests left something to be desired, as there were remains of dirt, papers and even a pair of panties under the bed. But overall our stay was very good!

The cleaning staff kept bumping doors all morning every few seconds (not the usual in between cleaning rooms). But on the last day, even with late checkout and a Do Not Disturb sign, they walked into the room twice! Once when we were still sleeping and second time we were naked, showering, changing and getting ready to leave. This was about an hour before the scheduled late checkout. It's not admissible!

The Hotel has a wonderful vibe to it, altho the room was small, i’m sure they offer a bigger one If you pay more. I am very pleased with the location, the Paris metro is incredibly easy to navigate through, and the end of line 3, the Galeni station, is located 100/150m from the hotel. All in all, excellent!
