I can rate this place as "poor" only, simply due to the fact that, in my entire life, and decades of travelling the world, I have never experienced a more impossible and rude host. We even decided to depart early following an outburst of the - probably co-owner of the hotel at breakfast over the fact that we "dared" to ask for some more bread and mentioned that receiving "left overs" was not what we had in mind. Being put in the position where one seemingly has to "beg" for food is unacceptable as was the behaviour of the staff present. On a lighter note, the rooms were small, as was to be expected, but clean and the hotels´ location only a few minutes from the public beach in a quiet pedestrian zone.

We stayed in many hotels in Grado, but this one is one of the best. The location is great, not far away from beach and from Old town. The rooms are spacious and good equipped. The service is happy to help and friendly every time. The breakfast is very good in very nice room with lovely view. There is a bar on the rooftop with outstanding view and lot of sun beds.

This hotel is in the pedestrian area of Grado, so arriving by car will be a challenge. The hotel had been recently renovated and looks modern and chic. The single room was spacious, comfortable and the AC worked well. The WiFi barely worked in the room. A small balcony with not really a view, but good for drying garments. Plenty of storage. The upstairs patio/bar is a strong selling point with a good view of the sea, especially at sunset. Bar staff was friendly and good at their job. I found the price attractive for the location and amenities. Breakfast was adequate. The young lady at the front desk, though professional and competent, made it apparent she does not want to be there. I would return.

We came here for 2 Nights and there wasn't anything we could complain about. We had a nice and clean room, a tasty breakfast, very friendly staff and fast WIFI. Since we reserved a parking place (which is worth its money) there was no problem with the luggage and the staff parked our car so we had no stress with the tiny parking space. We would recommend this Hotel!

The staff is cute and helpful, the room isn't styles but clean. The quality isn't the highest, but for staying one or two nights is perfect! The breakfast was surprising, because it's really a good selection from fruits and fresh cakes, like in the 4 stars. The place is just few steps from the old town and the price is ok.

Our family room was below expectation. The main room has no window, the connecting room has one but without shutter. Connecting room is very hot, as there is no AC there and the wall is made of glass bricks. AC very noisy. WiFi is free but the signal is very weak - practically useless. Shower is tiny, our shower head was broken (but had a built-in red light - strange Chinese stuff). On the plus side: location is fine and breakfast is adequate. Overall, not a good value for money.

I have stayed here a number of times previously. Room No 8 on 1st floor this time. Sufficient space in Bedroom. Bathroom fairly small but no bath only shower. Balcony facing into other buildings. Pleasantly decorated and still looking fresh. Spotlessly clean. Hotel located in pedestrian area so a little difficult to locate by car (car parking a nighmare in Grado) and approached via circuitous route. Even further than last year following changes to to road layout. Convenient for walking around the old town, restaurants and shops. Breakfast typical Italian which we thought was good quality. No restaurant or public bar in hotel at time of our visit. Large sun bathing area on roof with excellent views of surrounding area. Staff helpful as always loaning me a converter plug as my UK to continental was only fitted with 2 prongs and for this hotels sockets I needed 3 outside the bathroom. Hotel recommended free parking areas which was helpful although they are quite a walk away. Indoor pool - small. I will certainly consider staying at this Hotel again

At first, we found this hotel to be a bit hard to find coming with a car. But as soon as we found the hotel the staff sortet our car for us. We were happy to pay the small surcharge for them to arrange the parking. We only had to tell them when we were leaving, and then the arranged for our car to be ready for us. Like valet parking. The rooms were nice and clean, and all had balconies. We also had some drinks at the top floor deck which gave us a lovely view of the old town. the back is a short walk from the hotel, but in nice pedestrian streets. The breakfast was better than it normally is in Italy, porobably influenced by lots of German visitors. High pont for me, (and this give you a picture of the relaxed atmosphere) was the manager doing repairs on the coffee machine, only wearing his tiny yellow speedos. Ever so friendly and casual. We will probably come back.

The Hotel Regina in Grado is unfortunately such a place. A little, loud, not so clean hotel with the worst "views" possible, located in a pedestrian zone, no parking. Well actual there is parking, but the extra charges will make you park your car even 3 kilometers away and carry the luggage back to a hotel where hospitality is a foreign word. But this is made up for in the form of the prices that are in no real relation to what is offered. An advice would be to skip the breakfast offered in the hotel and to go in the direction of the Old City of Grado. There you will find charming little restaurants that offer great coffee. The Regina Hotel has unfortunately not even this to offer. The best advice would be to skip the Regina Hotel altogether. There are so many better choices in Grado.
