We stayed here for six nights in September 2022. We had the Alexander Suite, which is lovely and worth the money. It is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lavish and tasty. The location is good, you can see a bit of the ocean and the mountains from this suite. There is also a roof terrace. The front desk staff was very helpful.

Great central location close to restaurants and bars. When we arrived we had valet parking. The staff were friendly and professional. Good sized clean bedrooms. Some of our party had balconies. The breakfast was the best we had on our holiday with a huge choice.

Very clean, friendly and small owner-driven hotel. Rooms are little historically touched. Not modern, but quite cool! Almost in center - center. Valet parking - good idea or use one of public parking lots. Bikes for free. Perfect breakfast - unique!

Our stay in May 2017 in Villa Venezia was great! the most friendly staff in Grado, the hotel location is ideal and the price is really really good. Clean, quiet, comfy and relaxing hotel. Highly would recommend it to everyone! The front-desk staff was amazing and so helpful and friendly... Rooms are clean and tidy... Breakfast and coffee was ok but could be a little better! Overall, great stay and I would like to thank the whole staff! Khaled & Manuela 1 June 2017

It is hard to find in Italy a real 4 star hotel. And this was one of them. A good 3 star, but not 4. They dont have room service. Parking is for fee (over 100€ euro per night and not free parking), they recommended us to find place in the street, which was not easy. The room was OK. Clean, big, good bed and matress, two balconies. Dog for free wich was good as well. The wost thing was the breakfast. Not big choice. Few cakes, flakes, butter, honey, jam, 1 type of ham, 1 type of salami and 1 type of cheese. Dry overspiced scrambled eggs. Breakfast really weak. Beach was near, over the streed nad promenade. 2 minutes walking.

A friendly hotel central location within easy reach of the beaches and town. Rooms are clean with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. One tip-order the cappuccino from the bar rather than from the machine in the breakfast room. The photos are a good representation of the rooms. I have stayed here several times and always look forward to my stay.
