We ordered 4 days before going, and looked very much forward to visiting the hotel. But we later find out that you should order latest 7 days before and also you should get ill latest 7 days before, otherwise there is zero understanding from the hotel. One day after we ordered, I was tested positive for Covid-19, and even though I wanted to, I couldn't cross a border. And hopefully I wouldn't have been allowed to stay in the hotel. But the hotel not only didn't do anything, but when I explained the situation on writing to them, they continuously, replied in Italian to my English mails. That is both rude and arrogant, and considering the situation with myself being in isolation and ill, then I really don't understand how you can behave like that. Despite an offer of a voucher being used with a very short time limit, I can guarantee that I will never visit this hotel, and do not recommend anyone to do either. I still dont understand, if they dont want to assist in cancelling, does the hotel wish for me to come with covid-19 positive?…
Well run hotel and smiling staff, we felt welcomed when in August hotels in Italy are difficult to find on this period of the year. Beautiful scenery of the marina from the room, and quiet after midnight since the hotel is located above restaurants and bars. The only bad side is there is no parking for the customers and I had to place the car quite far away.
Lovely hotel right on the marina and close to the town center, the service was excellent as was the breakfast, and the views over the harbour are beautiful It also has an outside area to be able to enjoy a drink or eat breakfast
This is a small hotel on the harbour front in a superb location in central Grado. The hotel is well run and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with everything you could wish for. Very clean with fresh towels etc daily. One minus point we found that the WiFi was poor in the bedrooms
Stayed in the annexe and this was excellent. A bedroom and large lounge. Really great accommodation. Breakfast was in the main hotel. I thought the breakfast was good but lacked management of staff in this area. Minor issue. Very impressed with hotel, Casino part of the complex. There was a large outdoor pool availabe
