We stayed in this hotel quite extensively during our last visit to the Philippines. The suites at the hotel are a bit run down and the elevator was never working but the service was very impressive. They were warm, sincere and helpful, especially restaurant and housekeeping team. Will definitely visit this hotel again on our next trip.

This is an intentional staycation with my family before the community quarantine was imposed by the Philippine Government. We were here to celebrate my birthday (in advance). I was surprised to see how a beautiful place like this exist in Tanza. Since there were few visitors, we enjoyed our stay here. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We also visited the beach but it was high tide so we did not swim there. The food was great too! We will definitely come back here.

Our room is excellent. Our toilet is very clean. the front staff smiles and greeted you very well. the breakfast buffet is very delicious. The resto staff are very polite. The swimming are very large and clean.

The correspondence of the people in the lobby was very disappointing esp na check in process with Chris. Meals are delicious infairness and pool bar staff are accommodating. I felt so ordinary as guest. Improve your guest service. Elevator is too hot. Filthy pool slides. Very limited table at the pool.

First, i want. To mention good things as usual. You can feel the christmas is in the air especially the decors. Breakfast is still good and restaurant ambiance is very relaxing. Housekeeping staffs are very helpful whenever you need them. But very Disappointed from Registration desk esp this time i'm with my family and kids.I have stayed here 10 times. Thrice this year. I also noticed frontdesk are no longer accommodating unlike before. Of course the same faces except the girl in Turtle neck crossing her arms.(What happen?) This only happened this week. There are times frontdesk is not responding calls from room only to find out when i went down they are inside the office talking and laughing. When you talk to them at night, no more respect, just seating while talking to guest. Very unprofessional this time. And oh, please learn to smile and greet. Everything has changed. Tanza oasisis is very excellent when it comes to facilities and the employees and staff are very accomodating too. I’ll be back at christmas vacation with my family again cause we enjoy the ambiance of tanza oasis.
