Ever wonder how does it feel to experience having your Own Lake-side Camping Resort on top of the Mountains?

That exactly will touch your fantasy when you camp in here.

Peaceful Paradise + Peace of Mind

Unlike a totally isolated island, this Lake-side Camping Resort peninsula is accessible both by land and by water. You can enjoy the lake water, the scenic mountains, and the surrounding nature, but you still have access to your family back home or to your work or business since the Camp Site have (on the grid) electric power supply (as well as off-grid solar power supply), plus strong wireless communications signal. In short, you'll enjoy both the peaceful surroundings and at the same time the peace of mind.

It's not a luxury resort; but it's the perfect resort for nature-lover-adventure Campers.

Tip: You can book just the Kubo-tel (now @ 50% discount promo of +/- Php 500) or book the entire Lake Resort Camp Site (also @ 50% discount promo only at +/- Php 5,000).

Take advantage & save!

I've been to this place twice. And I will go back if time permits. (again and again)
I love the food, place and the people. Sir Philipp and his family is so nice. My son and his played non stop 'till they got tired and eventually took the time to sleep.

Glamping, choose from the tents they have. I assure you this is a must try.
Kubo-Tel, range from 1-2K and depends on availability.
Foods, ranges from 120 and up.
Parking, no worries. The place is big, can fit 10 cars I guess.
Fees, 500 for over night per pax and plus environmental/cleanliness fees/parking

If you are looking for serenity, adventure, meeting new friends or just simply reflecting on your own, Bloc Camp Site is the place to stay. The owner of the place Phillip Inno revolutionizes the idea of camping and hospitality not to mention the perfect place to execute all the brilliant ideas that come along with the adventure or solace what ever way you want to have it, for as long as you request for it Bloc camp site will provide and the owners will cater to your needs. Trekking, water activities, debut, bday celebration, romantic dinner, wedding photo shoot, jamming, bonfire or just sleeping to your heart's delight. Name it and they will let you have it with much gusto and production :) For the techies out there, just be ready with your cellphone data or your own internet connection..cellphone signal is not a problem.

I woke up to the view of the morning sun embracing the serenity of the lake and the cool breeze touching my face; the horizon is a view of the mountain where the clouds cascaded into the blanket of silver reflection of the lake; early birds hovering in the sky. A magnificent sight that for that particular moment all your angst will be forgotten, just the calmness and the peace will remain. It is so refreshing.
Kudos to Phillip and AJ! I was amazed on how hands on they were in entertaining their guests. Their seemingly tireless effort to make you comfortable in itself is a blessing to all the guests that makes you instantly bond with them and their community - not to mention the unique taste and delicious food they serve. Highly recommended!

My partner and I booked here before the long weekend and it was not what we expect it to be.
Following the direction in getting here is not difficult. Though it can take time to get in here and quite a bit uncertain as to where you can buy stuffs, it is advice to get all what you need before you board the bus going to Laguna. Most of our fellow campers are in private cars, so if you chance on commuting better contract a trike driver ahead of time to pick you up when you check out.
The Camp site is situated in a neaby man-made lake. They only offer tents that comes in varying sizes. They can prepare meals, which needs to be ordered in advance since the market can be far. They do have free grills to use for each tent (first set of charcoal is free).
Since they only have tents for rooms, they are setup based on the number of campers arriving. And this is the one that dampens my mood. We arrived day before a long weekend (to avoid the crowd). We got placed in a little far off from the large tent which was nice. Unfortunately, by late afternoon to evening, they were busy setting up tents upon tent in the area. There were busy happening outside cos of this. And if you come here when it is fully booked, i hope you won't get placed near the parking area. We intend to have a quiet time outside, watch some birds which are a plenty of migratory ones on the nearby fish farm (binoculars recommended). Other thing, I hope they inform campers to lower the volume of their music and to set a time until when they can play.

The tent are quality ones; they have a light, a fan, airbed and extension cord. Ask for a garden chair, they might forget to place them while fixing tents.

There was a bonfire in the evening, skewers those mallows. Plenty of activity to do in the day; stand-up paddle, riding a boat, or just simply float in the cold water of the lake. they also have a gimmicky dinner for two by a bamboo dock on the lake and i think a floating movie house.

The staffs are ready to assist.

STARS! lots of stars at night.

**zip. lock up at night. seriously.

Pros:
2 hrs away from SLEX
Friendly and accommodating staff
Hassle free booking
Safe location
Clean grills

Cons
Pricey compared to other glamping providers.
Toilet and bath are limited and needs improvement. There are 2 toilets (1 male, 1 female with shower) plus 1 dedicated shower room near the camp site. Additional T&B is near the entrance and parking, far from the tent. If you will poop, you have to wait if someone is using that room.
Washing area of dishes needs improvement
The slope of the campsite is not flat. Expect to sleep in an angle
Linens need to be replaced it's worn out already

Tip:
Go early for the lake island hopping to see the secret river. We left at 730 and we had the place to ourselves, upon leaving, there are already 10 pax coming to see the place. It's not a big area to swim.

Tents are single layer only. If it rains heavy, expect your stuff to get a little wet.

Wanted to see Caliraya from a different vantage than that offered by commercial and exclusive resorts in the area. Didnt really have time for an overnight stay so we were glad to find that they have a ramp to take us off to a peaceful quiet boat ride with a friendly boatman. For a 1 hour ride, it only cost P1,000 for however many of us, maximum 10 pax complete with safety vest. We saw the secret river, I wont spoil the fun and reveal why it is secret but definitely worth the trip.

This was recommended by my barkada that went with his fiance so I was inclined to try the experience as well. It was a very serene setting to have a tent community overlooking the lake. You could opt to go rowing to explore the surroundings or just stay and relax in your tent that is equipped with airbed and fan.

The level of "glamour" of this camping trip at BLOC does not take away from the DIY experience since you can bring your own food and drinks (w/o corkage!) You are also provided a grill and some charcoal to grill your food as well as a common sink and table for everyone's use in case you need much more preparation for your food.

The only point for improvement I can remember from the trip is the level of coordination of the staff during the rush of guests. During our visit it seems that they are a bit understaffed especially when breakfast, lunch or dinner time was forthcoming.

If you want a different experience from your hiking trips and experience an increased level of comfort and still get to enjoy the outdoors then this is a trip just for you. Even if you haven't taken a jab at enjoying the outdoors in this fashion then BLOC campsite can ease you into it.

The camping site is very nice because it gives you real glamping experience. The activities are fun - stand up paddle in the lake, swimming, chilling by the lake, camp fire activity. The tents are well taken care of and very clean and comfy! The camp site crew are very accomodating and friendly. Although, the food seems to expensive because getting food to the place is a bit difficult. So if you want to eat as much food you want, bring your own but be ready with the corkage like other resorts... All in all, this is a level up to all the camping experience I know. ;)

Hi Pepper G! Thanks for loving your experience at our humble slice of paradise, the BLOC Camp Site! About the food, almost all of our pre-ordered food costs P99.00 only per order and each comes with an order of cooked rice for FREE. kindly inform me if you were charged with a Corkage Fee by our Camp Site Management Team. Before I delegated the management role, I made sure that the Corkage Fee is for FREE. That means that our Guests can bring and enjoy all the food and drinks they want without any Corkage Fee. We'll be happy to reimburse the fee if in case there was a mistake during your stay. We always want to make sure that all of our Guests during their stay will be happy. We hope we could host you or your group again if not in our main branch (which is the BLOC Camp Site, Laguna), perhaps in one of the GLAMPING by BLOC branches that soon will open on other beautiful places like in Boracay or El Nido, Palawan. Happy Glamping Trip!!! =)

The place has potential but it needs some fixing with their bathrooms they need to continuously maintain the campsite's facility. The food was ok. If you can bring food better off with that.

The staff were nice to provide us with some utensils when we bought some food to grill.

They offer boat rentals, movie at night, bon fire experience and a lot more.

The owners and staff go out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable. They provide airbeds, beddings, chairs, electric fan, light and even an electrical outlet in the tent. The staff are super helpful. The only suggestion I would give to the owners is that maybe it's better to build in the cost of some basic stuff into the package instead of having to charge for every thing extra (i.e. We were a group of 10 pax but there were only 2 free vests per tent, therefore the rest had to pay extra). I understand the need to charge, so maybe it should have been built into the package proposal.

Hi! Thanks for loving our humble slice of paradise! We appreciate your good words so much! =) We took note of your suggestion and we also took action on it already. We bought 2 dozens more of new life vests hence life vests are now back again available for free! *The simple reason why we were providing limited number of life vests for each group of guests during your stay was because we honestly lack life vests to provide for everybody. It only happened during the summer peak season. We used to host only a few number of guests and our former number of vests were enough for everybody. Until the Holy Week came and the long weekend of the Labor Day. That's when we realized and implemented the temporary rule that only 2 life vests shall be provided for free and additional vests should be rented out at P10/hour. Anyway, problem solved already since we now have more than enough for everybody. And no more rent this time... now absolutely for free! Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We look forward to host you again in the future! HAPPY GLAMPING TRIP!!! =)
