The room was too dark for me, quite spacious, not Smart TV. The AC was too weak to cool the room. It has a steep stairs. It has nearby restaurants like Granja, and grocery. We're not going to stay again.

The room is nice and clean and there's a veranda in the 3rd floor. There's a common pantry and a 24 hrs store in ground floor. No brekfast included so i would say its a little bit pricey. Hard to find..some locals dont know where it is. Not so good walking outside because of the neighborhood especially at night. Near capitol and perez park and buddy's restaurant

Parking by street, susceptible to street vandals. Stairs only to 3rd floor. Carrying stuff is difficult. Room is clean. Bed is comfy. Huge bath and toilet. Hot shower. Cable tv. Overall the place is value for money.
