Me and my best friend spent three nights here (9th-11th September) and although it does need updating (they are reasonably new owners I believe, and are updating in the quieter periods), the beds were clean and comfy, and the balcony view was nice). Matt and Kate are lovely (they would do anything to make your stay more comfortable and welcome). I understand all of the bathrooms are the next to be updated (they seem to have been the problem with most customers). It is a pity that there is no other food offered, other than breakfast but there are plenty of places to eat out. The other thing I think that would be worth mentioning, is the ‘kettle’ (there is no table for the kettle and tea to be made, and our lead was stretched across the bed to boil the kettle up, which could be dangerous). We had a good time in Great Yarmouth though

My wife and me were treated to a three night break. We were told there was parking for disabled and there wasn't My wife is disabled and cannot walk hardly atall they said it was disable friendly. No stairs to climb and they had a lift but when we got out of the lift there were stairs to the room. We got in the room and i have never been inside such a disgusting place in all my life. The duvet was dirty they said they will change it i said don't bother we are not staying. We paid for an upgrade upfront though booking. Com. We will never book a hotel though booking. Com. We payed 310 for three nights. We are still waiting for an apology from booking. Com we were looking forward to a lovely break we hadn't had a holiday for four years. Great Yarmouth council should be ashamed to to let them keep trading. Please do not go to the sea prices Great Yarmouth.

we will definitely not be going back to this hotel, this is the worse hotel we have ever stayed at Liked · breakfast was very nice, staff was friendly that was all there was to like about this hotel Disliked · the room was very unclean, as you can see from the photos, we went to reception on day 1 of our stay and nothing was done about it. there was hair in the bath, rotten food and sweet wrapper on the floor. Electrics hanging off the wall and ceiling. tv was too small and never worked properly, toilet seat was broken, holes in the doors, room was very cold and no heating in it had to get a extra quilt. was overcharged on breakfast by £8 had to show her the hotel webpage so she could see the correct price. we told the hotel staff within an hour of us arriving about the room and nothing was done except the extra quilt.l

Why do I HAVE to give this place 1 star? Zero and minus should be an option. Walked into reception, checked in, entered the room, left the room within 20 seconds and then left the establishment literally 5 seconds later. Read the 1 star reviews and quadruple the disappointment. Its a pit. In fact, a pit is in better condition Avoid at all costs
