What a lovely stay. Started with a warm welcome on reception, nothing too much trouble. Room was good, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and the team were all highly accommodating, professional yet friendly. This is a great place for a traditional holiday…… fabulous location and a car park. We loved the idea of the different dining rooms, variation between the Terrace and the Cafe Cruz was a real bonus. Thank you to the team … we have already booked again for next year before leaving. Well done. If you want a Great holiday in Yarmouth look no further

Just come back from staying here for 3 nights. I have been going here for the last 30 years. Unfortunately we won't be returning. The parking situation is a nightmare, you could compare it to getting a sunbed in Benidorm. The room was really out dated, as is the enitre hotel. The room had cobwebs in all the corner (doubt covid cleaning is taking place). Cracks on tiles in bathrooms. Save your money and go elsewhere. Also the breakfast is better at wetherspoons.

Been coming to this hotel for 35 years of and on. Sorry to say this will be our last visit. So disappointed. Hotel caters more for outside customers then people who have booked to stay. Wanted to book a table for dinner to be told fully booked. Rooms are outdated ,alright they put fridges in air-conditioning. Reception not very helpful, we were asked if everything was OK,before we could answer turned her back on us.Rooms need inspection before quests arrive, cobwebs in corners.Windows very dirty. The highlight was the lovely Scottish waitress in the dining room for breakfast. There's no contact with customers .To park in the car park is near impossible ,you would expect to park if you are staying in the hotel.

The Imperial is a Gem. We stay here with our daughter, son in law and grand children twice a year. The restaurant is absolutely superb and everyone is always so helpful. Thanks to Tina on reservations who is always so really friendly when I book. Will be back again next year

This was our first visit to Imperial Hotel and we were really pleased that we chose them. The hotel staff are welcoming and helpful and there is a lovely relaxed friendly atmosphere. All of the staff were really efficient - we had meals here on three evenings as well as accommodation and breakfast - and the customer service was faultless. The food is really delicious - we would highly recommend the breakfast sundae and cooked English breakfast however there is also an extensive menu to choose from. Dinner was also lovely and ranges from specialist pork, lamb or chicken dishes to fish & chips, lasagne, and steak so something for all tastes. Dinner was on the Terrace which was a really unique setting looking out to sea with a retractable roof for summer evenings! The bedroom was spotlessly clean with contemporary furnishings and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Absolutely perfect stay - thank you to the staff who looked after us so well and made it so memorable - your Manager can be very proud of you and your exceptional service! Would not hesitate to return!
