We checked in to the hotel and when walking to the room by the lifts and stairs was a the cages filled with dirty linen, when we got the room was shocked that there was no tea and coffee or kettle in the room. The next morning went to the coffee machine and that wasn't even working but you had to pay a pound for a coffee. I will never stay in a easyhotel again

Well where do I start?? The only good thing I have to say about this place is the staff are helpful and very welcoming (which after walking around the shambles of ‘the hotel’ realised how difficult that must be) I paid the extra for a room with a window and to be honest I wish I didn’t bother as the windows are all rotten and manky, the roller blind only rolls if you physically roll it yourself. Then for the rest of the room or should I say prison cell?? no table, no kettle not even a rubbish bin!! I get it’s a cheap hotel but still the room is atrocious it’s filthy the bathroom is horrible no plug in sink, shower tray overflows as soon as the showers turned on and don’t even get me started how many weeks you have to wait for hot water! Oh almost forgot to mention the ‘lovely’ residents, wow at times I was unsure if I was in my hotel or wondered into a crack den.. say no more on that. But in all seriousness the photos are not what you will be getting for your money, they are almost as glorified as a maccies burger, lovely picture then a mess when you get it!!

The only positive thing I have to say is that the lady who worked behind frontoffice yesterday so 12th of august was so sweet and friendly! Further on it was bad, my bathroom smelled really bad, the smell out the toilet was disgusting and the room was not clean. Besides that I didn’t have any rest at all, the rooms next to me where so loud and noisy that it was crazy. Loud music, slamming doors and talking loud. Wouldn’t recommend not even for one night but

I, intentionally, booked into a windowless, small, double bedroom with a shower ensuite for four nights for £91.20. It's only been under the "Easyhotel" banner for ten years but, the age is showing in the room I had - cracks in the sink paintwork, missing rings in the shower curtain, shower "temperature" and "flow" controls that are impossible to grip and adjust when being used (surprising when the bathroom furniture is "Villeroy & Boch" - but it must be at the cheap end of their industrial range). The most annoying thing I found was that, when in bed, I could not switch off the overhead light when I was trying get to sleep - even though there was a switch for "something" above the shelf by the bed. To be in darkness, I had to get out of bed and raise the room keycard out of it's holder by the door and then stumble in the dark back to the bed. I queried this with the front desk, in case I was doing "something" out of sequence - I never did get a reply. Still, I should not complain as this is "cutting edge", "no frills" accommodation. Indeed, if you did have a complaint, typically of "noisy neighbours" as the soundproofing is atrocious, there is no way of doing this without physically going to the front desk as there is no internal phone capability. As the place is like a rabbit warren, it would take a brave person to do that at 2.00 am !!

I was running late for my friend's Baby Shower so I checked in without checking out the room.🙃 If I had maybe I would have paid the extra money for Travel lodge or Premier Inn. I got back around 1 AM. The first thing I noticed was all the hair on the floor. The walls are dirty. I don't feel clean, comfortable or like I want to shower here. 😩
