Ideal location . Room was spotless and bed was enormous and very comfortable.My son enjoyed the activity pack provided in the room. The plated breakfast was very good and the grab bags handy for later on . No complaints and would definitely stay again .

Stayed here for our legoland break and couldn’t of been happier! Beds were so comfy so had a great nights sleep, room was clean, food was good, nice and close to legoland and the staff were all just SO lovely and friendly and go above and beyond for there residents! Definitely stay again next time we go to legoland!👍🏼

Legoland package stay, two nights, two adults & 3 & 7 year boys. Warm friendly welcome from receptionist. Third floor Room had two double beds & a spotless bathroom. Our package included breakfast which, due to the restrictions, had a bag containing juice, croissant, jam, apple for each and a plated hot breakfast brought to the table. Most of it ok (pink sausages on 2nd morning) but not suitable for the young ones. We ate there both evenings too, no problem getting a table, limited menu but something for everyone. Drinks were typically inflated prices. Free underground car park. As my review title says, it ticked all the boxes & I would look to stay here again if visiting Legoland.

We stayed for 2 nights in a triple room as part of a Legoland package. The room itself (117) was a bit dated but exceptionally clean and well looked after. My only gripe was there was a weird hissing sound audible all night, not sure if we are next to pipes or something. In fairness I didn't complain to the staff, if I did they are so amenable I'm sure they would have let us move rooms. We ate in the restaurant the first night, food was of a good quality and a reasonable price. Service was good but couldn't help but feel the staff were a bit frazzled as there were delays and a lot of running around. The long haired blonde lady serving our table (no name tag) was wonderful, attentive and kind. Thank you! Breakfast was of a standard quality in line with the reasonable price we paid for our stay. The restaurant staff were phenomenal, friendly upbeat and couldn't do enough for you. In terms of covid secure measures the hotel is hot on it and have done a brilliant job keeping people safe which is a hard feat in the hospitality industry. Biggest props goes to India at reception, she engaged with the children, remembered their names and where we were from, check in was smooth and relaxing and again she couldn't do enough for us. Plus my girls wouldn't stop talking about her as she left such a positive impression.
