We were so happy to be back at the Imperial after so long in shut down. The staff as always were very good and friendly. The bar meals are very very good. Enjoyed the bar meals rather then the restaurant. Was quite disappointed with evening meal in the restaurant on the Saturday night. The Soup was ok but very thin. The main meal was Welsh leg of lamb but was fatty and chewy and not very hot. I had choux bun which I couldn't eat as it just disintegrated. Very disappointing. The room was lovely and the whole hotel was lovely and warm. Didn't use the swimming pool or gym as you had to book a time slot. Breakfast was now help yourself which was disappointing. We liked to be served fresh and hot breakfast. Was adequate but not the same as before the shutdown.

This hotel is a must, has that old charm, you can sit for hours and watch Llandudno go by, The food was great, however Tara, was amazing, indefatigable and hilarious, ive never had a waitress more genuine and it made our experience a marvellous one.

Attended three castles rally who hosted their event at this hotel. The staff were FANTASTIC - couldn’t do enough for you. The decor is stunning. Very tasteful. The bar is well stocked and a pleasant ambience. The food was fabulous at the dinners attended. Highly recommended.

An extremely comfortable hotel directly on the seafront. My room was extremely spacious with plenty of wardrobe space an drawers. A very good breakfast with lovely sea views. The only problem is parking as it has a small car park which cannot be booked. Parking therefore has to be in a side street or sea front.
