Excellent centrally placed hotel between the old City and the Station. On the direct 29 bus from the airport. This modern hotel with big clean rooms, excellent shower and toiletries. A very comfortable bed. Despite facing on to the street it was very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and kept fresh. The staff throughout were very pleasant. Check in was easy with very helpful suggestions and directions. There is a parking garage underneath should you require one. A good point to note is that all Luxembourg (Country and City wide) is free - even for tourists. Recommend for visiting the City (we came for the Christmas Market).

Very nice, clean hotel at an affordable rate. Convenience is also good as it is close to Old Town, has public parking underneath the building, and a nice restaurant/bar. The room was very modern, clean and unlike most European hotels…it had more than one electrical outlet in the room as well as multiple USB charging ports. Staff was very courteous and particularly kind/attentive to our 6 yr old upon check-in.

Everything was going fine but at the last day, when we were supposed to checkout, we were out of creamers and cups in our room. I saw there was a housekeeping cart in the lobby and requested the housekeeping staff for some sugar, creamers and a cup. She said it’s already in your room. I told her that it’s finished and I needed more of a cup of coffee. She then just gave me 1 sugar packet and 1 creamer. I requested for more, saying that my husband likes his coffee sweet and with more cream. She said are you 4 people in the room?! I was taken aback. I mean, just for extra creamer and sugar she started behaving rudely? Just because I wasn’t a white guest, I would be treated like this?! Horrible staff! Would never recommend others to visit here nor will I ever visit here again.

Nice hotel only a short walk from the town centre and the train station. The room was modern and spacious. The staff was very friendly and willing to help me with my broken luggage. The only thing, that was a bit inconvenient was that the toilet was in a different room than the shower and the sink.

We were really happy with our room, great size, very comfortable bed and clean, modern bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helped us with all our questions and issues. However, the lobby and bar/restaurant area need some serious modernisation. It feels like you’re in a strange 80s sitcom, or a small airport lounge. There is a large projector screen in the restaurant area, that you can only watch if you’re dining in the restaurant, which was really annoying as we wanted to watch the football. For an expensive hotel like this, the lobby and bar area need to be updated to be as good as the rooms

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in early December and had room 200, a single plastic free and large room. A very well appointed room. Very comfortable. Service at check in was friendly and efficient. Couldn’t be faulted and we had stayed here before. We will be back.

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it a lot. The staff is exceptionally hospitable and friendly. The hotel is in a great location and it is very kid friendly. The breakfast was not a high point - I would recommend eating elsewhere but the rest was really good.

I stayed this hotel 10days. Room was cozy and nice, staffs were super friendly! I would like to give 5 stars to Chris at reception especially! One star missing was for poor WiFi network,, this must be improved😀

I felt really welcome again in this hotel. The team is so friendly and warm with people. The rooms are clean and modern, well decorated. The breakfast is very good and the variety of food is appreciated. There’s even a machine to prepare fresh orange juice and that’s so good.
