Thank you so much for your review and we are of course very sorry for the mentioned not usual unclear points for you, that we do sincerely appreciate the feedback and however that if you may: 1) We have different Suite categories, therefore if you booked a standard suite, then the upgrade was to sea view or to deluxe one - unfortunately we are unable to be precise and explain considering we do not know which reservation we are talking now. 2) Indeed the service type at the restaurant depends on occupancy, meaning we have indeed and know a minimum of guests that have dinner included but receive many booking during the day for that service, so as from a certain number of guests, we do buffet, otherwise when less we do table d'hôte. 3) Should your reservation is with beverages included then and unless you wish to change, the beverages are served as included. Indeed beverages/wine menu is filly available -ç we are sorry for any misunderstanding with this point. 4) Depending on type of booking and contracting, indeed the tea and coffee can be or not included - however, in the room, the listing for this is available 5) Green certified is the procedures in place to keep environment (bin separation, water sparing, etc) - we are sorry if the given available information was not clear on this point. Can anyone tell me what the weather is likely to be like during the last week of February? Would the swimming pools be usable?

I haven’t been in February, but we were able to swim in the pools in mid- November.

Hello, Please can you tell me if there is a local airport shuttle/transfer service that we can book? We are spending Christmas and New Year at the hotel but since we are travelling independently, and not with a tour operator, our transport to and from the airport is not included.

The hotel can gladly organise tyour airport transfers with the partner taxi driver.

If we were to stay on a bed & breakfast basis in December-January then are there any bars/restaurants to eat in for evening meal in the town?& if so would they be open at that time of year? Thanks

Thank you for your question and to the first reply - Mr. K.! Indeed you can also have meals at the neighbour village Caniçal or Machico, being at a 5/10 minutes drive. Of course also at the hotel :).
