OK hotel, however the staff were not so helpful when it came to early check-in. I was told to come back by 3 pm, and they were not able to drop me an sms or give a call in case the room would be ready earlier. I went back at 2 and it turned out it was all set. A phone call would have been nice (after a long trip).

Hotel's Favorite
Although situated immediately adjacent to the train station, you would never know. Everything is high quality across the board. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Nice hotel bar. Spacious rooms. Great access to all sights. Free couples sauna was a nice touch.

Good location Close to the train station. The hotel is very neat and tidy. The room was Good and spacious. Very good bed. The bath room was also big with enough space for a wheel chair (the room I was given was a handicap room). Breakfast was Good and plentiful. Very good Scandic standard, thank you!

Colours of life outside and inside. Nice lights outside and inside made me happy! Never seen these before in hotels, so it exciting. Colours were very nice in clean white areas and outside made an impression. Sauna was a little disappointment but nothing else. Nice hotel.

Great staff and quite new hotel. Good location nearby the train station. Clean and silent hotel. Breakfest was versitile but a bit crowdy in the morning otherwise everything functioned well. Good value for the money.

Very good food, everything was as it should be in restaurant and breakfast. Must have good chef there. Everyone was also very friendly and room was cosy and clean. Also it was quiet by night. Parking hall was also great and warm.

Good location, parking facility in the garage. The hotel extended the sauna time for us due to late arrival. Also got into breakfast a bit earlier than scheduled opening. Really appreciate the flexibility, does not happen everywhere.

Helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast and the room was nice. The one problem we had was a sort of continuous low level whine/hum in the room, which was difficult to ignore and became a little irritating. Nothing we could switch on or off affected it. But I would stay here again.

When entering the hotel you get a warm breeze of moldy fanned air hitting your face and the rooms even on the upper levels smell the same. My suitcase and belongins have been smelling ever since. Horrid!
