Finland is wheelchair-friendly, in general. I think there is a ramp to the back door of the hotel from the flat car park. The hotel staff would be most willing to help if needed, we found them friendly and supportive.

Besides, Rovaniemi and the Arctic Hotel is nearby and you can go there in the evening for a nice meal.

In the summer there are no igloos. You will have the midnight sun which is very unusual as there will be no darkness. There are lots of things to do. Lots of outdoors activities in the great nature. Articum museum and Santa Village. Depends on what type of holiday you want to do? Nature or “city”? Both choices available though there is no snow this time of year.
