Newly built villas. We stayed at the Phoenix villa , which is suitable for four persons. Really clean and beautiful accommodation in the woods. It offers a big swimming pool. The host is really there for you for whatever you need. Really a great 10 for everything. Thank you also for the wine. That was a very polite gesture! Excellent outdoor seating and patio. Great weather and a need to visit island!
Andonis & family so very helpful from the start of our booking. Was there to meet us @ the port. Views amazing from Villa but you must rent a 4x4 if you want to see all of beautiful Skopelos. Pool clean & large enough to swim in. Stars all abound the terrace @ night. Villa clean, comfortable & well equipped with air-con in bedrooms The food on Skopelos very good with a great choice of food & restaurants, lots to see but very quiet in the evenings, perfect!! Andonis always happy to advise, helped make our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.
Stayed in Villa Dhelfi for a week and really pleased we did. Booked through AirBnB and Andonis was the perfect host and guide taking us up to the Villa and providing loads of great tips and advice. He and his parents (who help keep the place and the fabulous pool in great condition) were delightful. The Villa was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. No Wifi (not available in the mountains) but it had mobile reception and there was always Wifi in the bars and restaurants we stayed in. We loved being in the mountains. They are beautiful in their own right (we love the smell of pine forests) and the view from the Villa's 3 terraces down to the sea and the islands beyond is glorious. We also found it cooler up in the mountains and with a great private pool it was a joy to retreat to after a hot day. The location is also super for touring (we did the whole island) as it's only 20mins to Skopelos Town and less to the West Coast. You'll need a car (we had a 4WD) and the driving is "exciting" so not for nervous drivers but some of the best locations on the island are off-road. Totally recommend the Villa and Andonis and his family as hosts.…
just as beautifull as the pictures show, good pool, nicer inside than the pictures show. Very friendly and responsive service from the owner all the way from booking through our stay. Will stay here again if we visit Skopelos again.
Skopelos and our lovely skopeloscountry.com villas are in our hearts. After our 2014 stay whe still did not have enough. The villas are still well kept and clean. New towels and sheets every 4 days is a spoil but so nice. Everything else is in my earlyer reviews. I could get used to sitting here at night gazing at te stars. With the telescope I can see Saturn, but it is so hard to take a picture! How to get to Skopelos? / Sporades? This time we flew from Amsterdam to Athens becouse Rianair stopt service at Volos. Volos was a good alternative see my other reports. To go to the Sporades you take a taxi to Agios Konstantinos or go with public transportation. First take bus X93 just outside the terminal to Liosion bus station €6,- 45minutes. Then take the intercity bus to agios Konstantinos €17,- this will take a good 2 hours. Here you take a ferry. Arriving at Skopelos we learned that after years of absence there is a new ferryservice from Thessaloniki. So this will be our destination next time. If only all services remain... Read my reviews from our previous stays and make sure to go here in september or so! Cheers. …
