The beach club is in a beautiful setting. Our room was clean and typically Greek. We did not pay extra for a view but could see the sea through the buildings. The food was excellent with lots of choice. Evening entertainment was enjoyable - we...More
Having stayed with Neilson several times before, we were expecting more of the same great experiences this week. Sadly it was not to be. The weather was terrible, which made the problems at the resort painfully apparent. The usual Neilson staff team spirit was entirely...More
I spent the summer here as part of the staff.
Each week it was great to see the staff get involved with the weeks 'Ents' and help run different events such as the Quiz, casino nights and volley ball tounaments. Encouraging guests to get involved....More
Very good motivated staff. The cycling boys were fantastic, always enthusiastic and motivated. We had a lovely holiday and came back slightly fitter but with the same weight as the food was delicious!!!

You haven’t stated what month you are going, but assuming that it will be hot, both upstairs and downstairs will have air conditioning. However at night the air-con can be noisy and if you are upstairs you can leave your windows/patio doors open at night and still feel safe and secure.
Having said that we had a downstairs room and left the windows open a night with no issues. Note: the air-con doesn’t work if patio doors are open.
Upstairs may be quieter as downstairs you may hear fellow guests walking around above you. You may also get better views upstairs.
In summary, I would recommend you go for an upstairs room. To be honest though, you are likely to be so busy you won’t be in your room that much at all!
Hope this helps. Enjoy.
