It is located at the centre of Kavala, 150 meters from the port, close to shops, restaurants, bars and other significant sightseeings of the city. The location of Hotel Oceanis Kavala is ideal for both business trips and leisure trips. On the eighth floor there is a roof-garden, a bar, a restaurant and a swimming pool (exclusively used only by hotel guests), with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, the Old Town and the Castle. It features a fully-equipped fitness center (for hotel guests only), conference rooms, restaurant, bar and a rich breakfast buffet. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel. All the rooms are air-conditioned, have elegant decoration and views of the sea, the city of Kavala or the interior of a building block. They include a 32-inch SAMSUNG LED TV, an individual bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer.

As you can see in the pictures, that's a bathroom from a superior seaview room. A409 to be precise. Mold all over. Could be all easy clean with some bleach...but I guess no one cares. I refuse to imagine how looks a bathroom from a normal room. Then I found hair all over. Not mine, of course. Plus the noise, the hotel is on top of a busy street so...cars and busses all night. My luck was that I stayed just 1 night! Not recommended! Unless you want to get sick!

Great hotel when travelling with kids. Budget friendly and has everything you need. Location is central and a quick walk to tavernas and walking to the Aquaduc region. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Special regards to the housekeeping manager in this hotel- well done, I wish to you and the maids bonus after the season.If the hotel owner decide not to give you bonus, than for sure he needs to know that he must :)!For sure there is a girl in the reservation department that could win any guest who hesitate , very polite and nice attitude. Reception is good. Rich breakfast, clean breakfast venue , good service,if someone complain ever , just have in mind that he is not fine.Some music would be good. I would recommend Oceanis to anyone who needs quality accommodation and good prices. Good luck and smile a bit more.You are doing great job! Di

Great spot, easy walk from ferry and bus! The hotel is located with many restaurants and mini markets close by. It is any easy walk to the old town and castle perfectly located! The room was clean, air conditioning worked great and the balcony a real bonus. Bed was comfortable and the linen was crisp and clean. Swimming was an absolute bonus after a long day of travelling. Loved my short stay here and would recommend whole heartedly!
