Perfect location close to the old town. Restaurants and mini market very close. Superfriendly and helpful staff, even though the hotel might be a ”business hotel”. Small pool, but perfectly ok. Beds very good and the rooms the same.

Really liked the hotel, their flexibility, their COVID strategies (which were plenty!) We stayed there for over 2 weeks, so had to change rooms to get a good night sleep (one of the rooms had pipe noises -like if you had your tap water open, from upper floor rooms; and another one had a blackout curtain that didn't cover the whole of the window - they were thoughtful to accept room changes). The one thing I disliked was the staff, as not everyone is as friendly or welcoming. I remember I was particularly impressed by Giorgos and the blond-haired woman at the reception desk. The two ladies at the bar (lobby area) were also very resourceful and helpful. At the breakfast room, only the blond-haired woman and the gentleman with glasses (I think Chris) were amicable and accommodating. Didn't have enough contact with the night staff, but I got the impression they were pleasant.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a great stay. Covid rules meant face masks must be worn inside the hotel at all times. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room was basic but tastefully furnished which felt fresh and the whole hotel feels like it’s been updated fairly recently to a good standard. We had a nice sea view room with a great view of the old town wall and sea in the distance. Location of the hotel is perfect. A short walk out of reception and to the right of the hotel is the sea front with some nice bars and a few more minutes’ walk leads into the old town. Breakfast was quite limited due to Covid restrictions in place meaning that the buffet has been removed and served by staff from behind a glass screen. The pool was also nice, again with social distancing in place and protocols for towel issue. Overall this hotel offers good value and I would be happy to return

Hello, I like to always to write a review with pros and cons instead of a common text review. PROS: * Safe hotel. They follow Greece's hotel assosiation guidelines for Covid19. Is one of the safest hotels we have seen in the area (as another one we had visited they didn't wear marks or had any protection at all) * There was enough space to eat and sit around the breakfast room with 2m distance between each table. * Disinfectant liquids on all floors outside the elevators and in each room. * Excellent service and staff. Polite staff with a smile every morning and easy going to have a chat with them. * Easy access to the old port (the hotel is located very close to the sea on foot). * There is also a taxi station around 200m on the left. * Kiosks and banks in close distance. * Pool was excellent and water in great temperature compared to other places we have stayed in. CONS * The breakfast was limited compared to other hotels we stayed in (don't know if that's due to covid19) * It would have been nice if they had a restaurant to eat there instead of a snack bar only. * We had to change rooms due to aircon not working as it should - but they offered us an upgrade each time. But the incovenience was not something we expected on the first day of our trip. Thank you and hope to be back again without masks and the worry of the covid19.
